Our entire stay at Chateau de Berne was defined by first class hospitality. The reception staff and management, house keeping, restaurants, and valet all went out of their way to be hospitable with us and every guest. They strive to make everyone feel like they are having a personal experience - from a pillow menu to greeting everyone by name, remembering coffee orders, listening and providing bespoken recommendations, and so much more. The property is stunning, offering everything anyone could need for a glorious retreat. From breakfast to the bistro, room service and the gastronomical dinner, the chefs and full restaurant staff are top - notch. No detail, no matter how small, goes unattended. However, above and beyond all of this - the hospitality of the entire Chateau de Berne team is what separates it from other places. Staying here is a first-rate experience like no other.

Château de Berne is one of the nicest properties I have experienced. We planned to explore the region a bit more, but upon arriving, we decided to spend the whole time on the property as there is so much to do - hiking, spa, wine cellar visit, pool, etc. We will definitely be back!

Nous sommes venus en couple avec un pass détente (accès au spa et au restaurant). Personnel très accueillant. Dommage que la nage à contre courant était en maintenance, ainsi qu'un des deux jacuzzis... Cadre agréable, au calme, avec une jolie vue. Malheureusement plus d'eau chaude au moment de nous doucher, et bien que nous l'ayons signalé au personnel, aucune solution de nous a été proposée. Nous avons été contraints de nous rincer à l'eau froide (car déjà savonnés). Aucun geste malgré notre signalement lors de notre venue ni suite au message laissé sur leur site qui est resté sans réponse!!

Séjour en amoureux dans cet endroit incroyable. Le domaine est magnifique, la table digne d’un 3 étoiles Michelin et le personnel d’une gentillesse extrême. Un sans faute merci à vous !

Nous avons passés un super week-end Un accueil très sympathique comme à la maison Un endroit magique Une chambre sublime nous avons eu la numéro 2 Nous avons passés une soirée au restaurant gastronomique 1 étoile, et ça été grandiose, nous avons réservé la table pass directement dans la cuisine et ça été un moment magique partie une équipe très sympathique et très professionnelle. Mille mercis à la directrice de cet établissement Mme Monteil Christine pour son professionnalisme. On reviendra avec plaisir !

De l'arrivée jusqu'au départ, tout était parfait. Mention spéciale pour Cynthia pour son accueil chaleureux, et pour Ilir pour son hospitalité. Le jardin de Berne propose une carte délicieuse. Nous avons opté pour le menu 7 services avec accords mets et sans alcool, installés à la table du chef. Le spa est propre, offrant de très beaux espaces. Rien à redire sur le petit-déjeuner. Merci à tous, je reviendrai !

Le cadre et magnifique et reposant. Le personnel est souriant et à l'écoute, très bon accueil. Les chambres sont très agréables et spacieuses. Le petit-déjeuner est varié. Le dîner au Jardin de Berne est exceptionnel! Ce petit séjour fût un plaisir, je recommande!
