Wat een vreselijk hotel. Het is nog geen hoog seizoen dus niet druk. Het duurde even voor er iemand bij de receptie was. Vervolgens gaat de telefoon en laat men ons wachten, komt er iemand die Spaans spreekt iets vragen en laat men ons weer wachten. De Engelse taal werd o.i. niet heel goed beheerst waardoor er iedere keer verwarring was. Wij hadden een appartement, dat op zich goed en schoon was. Het bed was alleen een beetje kort en smal. Wanneer je op het balkon zat zat je ook bijna in de glijbaan van het zwembad. En tegenover je staat het andere appartementsgebouw. Ik moet er niet aan denken hier in het hoogseizoen te moeten zitten. Nu zwom er ‘s avonds een jong stel onder luid gelach en dat was al herrie genoeg. Wij hadden geen ontbijt geboekt, maar aan de receptie werd ons verzekerd dat ontbijten geen probleem was. Bij het ontbijt keurig kamernummer opgegeven zoals te doen gebruikelijk. Komt er even later iemand van het personeel aan dat we niet op de lijst staan en of we wel gaan betalen. Ja natuurlijk gaan we betalen bij het uitchecken. Vervolgens nog een keer de vraag of wel zullen betalen. En even later of we het bonnetje even willen tekenen. Wij voelden ons behoorlijk geschoffeerd.
