It is a wonderful stay in Residence Inn Palo Alto. The hotel location is good, close to several restaurants.
The room is big and comfortable. The underground parking is also very convenient.

I love this hotel. Great staff and good area. This is the first time I've stayed with them and the mattress was really bad. Other than that is was a great stay.

There were stains on the mattress in more than one room. Old and run down. Needs renovation. Staff very friendly and helpful.
