Rooms are standardized as expected from a chain hotel, featuring a large and comfortable bed. They are well-equipped, and cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. It's perfect for catching a flight, given its close proximity to the airport and available parking.
I got in late and stayed for one night. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was in downtown LA, but I still felt very safe— even for traveling alone. I would stay here again!
The room is of a good size. It is cleaned every day. There is hot water and coffee and tea bags in the lobby downstairs 24 hours a day. It is very good.
The breakfast is not very varied but delicious!
There are hair salons and Chinese restaurants nearby. It is convenient.
But I booked a king-size room and wanted to pay to change it to a twin room. I asked several people at the front desk but they couldn't do it. It's too rigid.
Location was good and the rooms were beautifully new, the only complaint I had was- I forgot to bring my toothbrush and toothpaste; so I asked the front desk for a set of complimentary products (as displayed inside of the room that we can ask for one). The staff said they ran out and needed some time to find a set. One hour later, no response. Called them again, said the same thing. I waited until I fell asleep and still no one brought me anything. Even until the next morning, they just forgot all about it and pretend nothing happened.
The hotel is located on the highway, not big, there are 7-11 and Subway across the road, but there are homeless people at night. Maybe it is close to UCLA, the hotel price is a bit high, and parking is $30 per night, if you rent a car and drive yourself, I think it is not worth it.
As a sub-brand of Intercontinental Group, it has maintained a relatively stable service level. Because of the temporary overnight stay in Daxuefeng Mountain, the town was quiet at night, the facilities met expectations, and the buffet breakfast had hot food.

Nice hotel. Manager offered to look at available room types (we hadn't asked for it). Eventually we chose the offered room on 6th floor with good view on planes landing to LAX.
Breakfast - very good for this kind of hotels.
The only disappointment - no laundry.
Been staying at the holiday inn express for about 3 days now and I absolutely love this place. Not only is the hotel nice and clean but the staff are amazing. They are very helpful and just welcoming. They have breakfast here every morning. The vibes you get off this place is something everyone looks for. The room are nice and big and comfortable. LOVE THE BEDS!!!😍.

For this holiday inn, it’s big different with others.
For reception, they are very friendly.
For carpark, only for valet, $45 per day and it’s expensive than Las Vegas. But I think they have better security as they will lock the exit entrance at night time.
For room cleaning, it’s big issue, we found there are many areas with stain, dirty or hair.
We are worry that it has bug but luckily they don’t have even though we did deeply cleaning before sleep.
For room, always has sound from another room, it’s big problem as the connecting room which is living by a family. They keep loudly and affecting us to sleep even 23:00-24:00.
Finally, staff thoguht we touch the connecting room lock and affected another room customers instead of understanding what happen we have. Poor on handling customer case.

FFeiyanzoubiI have stayed at this hotel many times. The hotel's accommodation is very good, especially the room near the parking lot with a balcony direction, large in size, fully equipped, the bathroom is full of bathtubs, the bed is also large, the mattress is very soft, the pillows are very comfortable, clean and hygienic, the parking lot is large, downstairs is Tesla's supercharged station, There are also many people coming and going. Breakfast is very fixed and will not adjust the change.
Facilities: Very perfect
Hygiene: very good
TtoumerThe room is large, the Holiday Inn service is friendly and in place, the gym, outdoor pool is good, the self-service laundry facilities are dirty and cannot be used normally.

GGuest UserFirst of all, it is spacious and good.
It was the best place to stay, especially close to Hermosa Beach, a shooting site in Laraland.
The staff were friendly and the breakfast was clean and delicious.
It was good enough to find nothing to disadvantage.
I would definitely like to go again if I visit LA again next time.
