The room was of normal size. It was indeed close to Universal, but it felt like there were a lot of homeless people nearby. There was a lawn across the street where a lot of homeless people were sleeping. Parking was cheap and the value for money was good.

The staff are young and have good service attitude. The room facilities are also very complete. The environment is very good and the surroundings are quiet. It feels like a local life.

整體算很不錯，房間乾淨，入住和退房都很方便簡單，還有早上有免費的咖啡，24小時都有果汁飲料還有飲用水，附近有地鐵站，旅遊環球影城不到10分鐘車程。

Easy check in, great location. Lovely staff. Had an event in Burbank and it was a quick five minute drive. I will definitely stay again.

Here on business and this was a great location with easy access to freeways to get around LA. Love the vibe of the room, spacious, super comfy bed. The morning oatmeal and endless coffee was a a nice touch! All the staff were so nice which can make a huge difference to a stay. A special shout out to Anzor who was very helpful. Looks like I've found my new hotel next time I'm back in LA--such a gem of a place!
