Downtown , many homeless.
Window is dirty.
Fridge is not useable. All items got frozen.
Shower has only one fountain.
We arrived before check in; but we could not find room for early check in. We slept in the looby approx 4 hours. No any kind of hospitality. So i do not beleive their friendship while hilton gives cooky during check in

A comfortable stay with warm hospitality and great location near Downtown LA and Hollywood. Loved the signature cookie welcome 🍪, spacious rooms, and friendly service. Amenities like the gym and on-site dining added convenience — though parking’s a bit pricey. Overall, a cozy and reliable stay for both business and leisure!

We stayed at this Hilton hotel twice in Los Angeles. The location is quite good, within walking distance to several indoor attractions. The Los Angeles Police Department is about 300 meters away, but there are many homeless people on the road on the other side of the hotel. There's a Japanese supermarket behind the hotel where you can buy instant noodles and other East Asian foods.
The front desk staff were generally very good and provided us with bottled water daily. However, there was a front office manager with a HK accent who had a terrible attitude and was discriminatory towards mainland Chinese tourists. But I'm not one to be easily bullied, and I stood my ground until he had nothing more to say.

The hotel is just a few minutes' walk left to Little Tokyo. Upon check-in, the front desk provides bottled water and delicious warm chocolate chip cookies. Guests can also pick up two complimentary bottles of water at the front desk daily. The front desk service was good. The only downside was that the bathtub drainage was poor, leading to a lot of standing water which felt a bit unhygienic.

Worst stay ever! Had a trip to LA, day was long and everybody is tired and head to this Hotel with our reservation. When we arrived hotel staff said parking is full and we have to find ourselves a parking! Like hey, where do they think we will park? Room was stinky, A/C is not cold kids have hard time sleeping and the water in the shower was set only to hot. Will not recommend to comeback to this place!

The room is huge and clean.
When we booked this hotel and before we checked in, we were assured there was a Electric kettle or Teapot in the room. Then the front desk simply told us NO.
