This hotel is truly excellent! The location is easy to find and super convenient for transportation. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was warmly greeted by the staff, and check-in was very quick. The room was exceptionally clean, with comfortable and soft bedding, ensuring a very sound sleep. The shower had great water pressure and the temperature was just right. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted delicious. It's also super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping nearby. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

This was my first time in Los Angeles, and I chose the Hilton. Claudia at the front desk provided incredibly thoughtful and welcoming service, which was a huge comfort to us since we don't speak the language and were completely new to everything. The room was well-equipped and cleaned meticulously every day. We stayed for a total of six days, and Bill, another staff member at the front desk, was also very attentive and always happy to help, leaving us with a great impression. Plus, the hotel's location is super convenient for getting anywhere. Highly recommend!

Booked this hotel for my friends and I for our senior trip, and had a great time. All of the staff were so friendly and always very helpful with any questions and additional asks we had. Region was pretty nice, it’s close to Hollywood and other attractions without being located directly inside the downtown region which allows it to be quiet / feel more safe especially at night. We all really enjoyed our stay, would recommend to anyone staying in the region and especially to women who may feel unsafe in the LA downtown area.

Great! The room was spacious. It's really close to Universal Studios and the surrounding area is very nice. Plus, it's a short walk to the Walk of Fame. **Facilities:** Modern and newly renovated. **Cleanliness:** Good, very clean. **Environment:** Pleasant. **Service:** Excellent, very good 👍

Over 3,000 for 2 nights is not recommended. I walked into the room with my son and immediately left to find another hotel.

Booked this for a friend, and she said it was more like a motel. The location was decent, but the room quality needs improvement and didn't meet her expectations. She's asked me to book somewhere nicer next time.

It was great that breakfast was included for free! There wasn't a huge variety, but they had Oikos yogurt, muffins, apples, and bananas.

The location is quite convenient, within walking distance to Hollywood. The facilities are good, but the American-style service leaves a bit to be desired. Overall, it's decent and feels quite safe.

Great hotel really close to the Hollywood Walk of Fame and saw lots of the stars! 10 minute walk to nearest metro station for quick access to Universal and plenty of buses nearby as well to take you anywhere in LA. Hotel was clean, good facilities in room, only problem was 1 lift broken for most of the stay but that can happen, just meant waiting for the other one for longer to the higher floor where our room was. Pool area was very nice to have although could only use it briefly. Overall would highly recommend to anyone wanting to explore Hollywood.

The hotel is brand new, with an elegant ambiance and excellent service. It's easy to find and features good soundproofing. Its proximity to Universal Studios is a major convenience, and it's just 800 meters from the Avenue of Stars. A highly recommended choice.
