I have been a guest here for 7 days (Room 1005, Confirmation: 1688895091121660), and the level of hospitality has significantly deteriorated. While I am trying to extend my stay for one night, I have encountered an unacceptable level of hostility and aggression from most of the staff, particularly a female employee on duty. Their body language has been openly aggressive and unwelcoming, making me feel threatened rather than served as a guest. This behavior is a direct violation of the "Hilton Hospitality" standards. I attempted to pay for my extension via Apple Pay or Cash due to a technical issue with my physical card, but the management was completely inflexible. What makes this worse is the aggressive manner in which this refusal was communicated. The only exception was a staff member named Alex, who was professional and tried to help. However, the rest of the team's hostile attitude has made my stay unbearable. Furthermore, the hotel’s refusal to accept my prepaid personal deliveries earlier in the week only added to this poor experience. I am a paying guest with available funds, and I expect to be treated with respect. I request an immediate investigation into the conduct of the staff at this property and an intervention regarding my payment for the extra night. very good location, breakfast was my favorite, target in walking distance is a plus, the room was clean and spacious

The hotel is located in downtown LA, which isn’t the most desirable part of the city. Cleanliness met expectations, but the service and attitude of staff left room for improvement. You can avoid paying onsite valet parking,there’s a self-parking garage next door for $40 per night. No good breakfast nearby.

The facilities was as advertised! It was a smooth checkin and a pleasant stay!
