The hotel is located in the city center. At night, the surrounding area has many strange people, and just a few blocks away is a homeless encampment. However, there's a large supermarket and a subway station conveniently located near the hotel.

Overall, it's pretty good, I'd say it's great value for money! Parking nearby is around $30+ per night, right next door to the hotel. We paid about $30 upon arrival as a credit for breakfast. It's an a la carte menu, and the food was decent, but $30 definitely isn't enough for two people – you'd need a bit more. The only downside is that it was extremely noisy at night, sounded like helicopters, which was a bit annoying. Good thing we only stayed one night! Maybe we just had bad luck.

they don’t have coffee makers or small fridge to store food so just take that in mind. they also sell good coffee in the lobby! best coffee i’ve had in a hotel :)

I had a wonderful stay at The Wayfarer Downtown LA. The location is excellent — close to restaurants, shopping, and many popular attractions in downtown Los Angeles. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed.
The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable, with a modern vibe that made the stay feel relaxing and enjoyable. I also loved the rooftop atmosphere and the overall energy of the hotel. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and convenient.
