First night bathroom facet was broken , we called the front desk , and we have a carácter show up and say that it was nothing. We only called to make sure they wouldn’t charge us for breaking it. We were shocked with his attitude but that was that. We booked the room again and same guy is yelling at my wife on the phone ., when I confronted him , he started an issue , and kick me out of the hotel. We know that a 2 star hotel doesn’t suppost to be good at all. But at least a front desk person with some type of education or experience in customer service . I highly recommend you to stay somewhere else ., this hotel is garbage and worst customer service. One more thing, we were charged double and when we called the manager was as rude as the employee.,

The room was clean & comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Although there were a couple of negatives. The air-con system was noisy. The free breakfast provided while adequate, was almost impossible to sit down & enjoy as there were only 3 tables & never was there one available for us. For the amount of guests the hotel can have at The one morning I managed to get a table, after making the waffles & getting breakfast I was told to leave as it was now time to clean up the area. Needless to say I was left feeling very frustrated about the situation.
