Cabin we stayed in was clean and had everything we needed along with modern tv and streaming services. The pools look new, are well maintained, and very clean. Especially loved the large pool. There’s a lot of recreational activities to try out however we were only there long enough to do the pool. Pretty quiet overall. One thing we noticed is that this camp site is huge and some areas appear better maintained than others. You have a map but it was a little confusing trying to figure out where things were. The only time we ever saw staff was at chexk Otherwise no major complaints.

We frequent this campground and my review here is for ELS: budget more for staffing so they can pick up the garbage and police the sites better. We were given a handout with rules which included “no tarps even for rain protection” yet saw many sites using tarps. The trash is out of control especially in C section. This park is huge and would be so much nicer if they would spend time on landscaping and appearances. To show up and have to pick up bottle caps, grocery bags and beer cans out of your site is not right. I don’t blame staff as I know they don’t have enough. But do better ELS! I picked up 3contractor bags of garbage from the bridge and C section alone. And barely made a dent.

Our group stayed here last weekend, and overall the experience was disappointing and facility appears poorly managed, with little to no enforcement of basic rules or site cleanliness. Several long-term residents seemed to be living on the property, and some sites had piles of junk, car-rebuild projects, and generally cluttered conditions. When we arrived, our campsite had trash left behind by the previous groups (old BBQ equipment and other large trash) which immediately set a negative tone. The site next to us sounded like it had a pack of aggressive dogs living in the trailer. We were told the space would comfortably fit our RV and tent, but it was barely adequate for the RV alone. Combined with the general lack of maintenance, inadequate trash/refuse facilities, and an overall unclean environment, the entire experience had a very unpleasant and uncomfortable vibe. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

What in god’s name is going on here? There is trash everywhere. Barely fit at the site - slides almost touching neighbor - we could literally hear his television from inside our RV. 2 staff members were insanely rude. The damn train comes through about 20 times per day and night. Don’t expect to sleep. The sketchiest RVs - breaking bad vibes. They allow people to “camp” at the entrance for WEEKS. It’s disturbing. Very odd vibes. I wouldn’t return if they paid ME. Thousand trails needs to get their crap together on this one.

What a great place to visit on vacation, visiting family, or touring around the region. Close to the I-5 corridor, easy to get around.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks recently and we enjoyed our stay very much. Our site K13 was the best site. It was large, clean and the big beautiful trees were a huge plus. Mountain View’s everywhere you look. There are great local restaurants and so much to do.

Area was nice with the views of the mountains. Great stay for over the two week period. Will do it again real soon with additional family.

Wouldn’t recommend to my family with pets or kids because of speeding cars. Staff doesn’t enforce the speed limit when driving around the park.

Nice stay. Rooms were good. Prices reasonable. Nice staff. Wild life was a little too close to us eg bobcats, owls and raccoonʼs
