The main manager at the front desk was an absolute nightmare! I should have listened to the reviews but I didn’t. I stayed here anyway. Most of the hotel staff was kind and friendly, but the manager was so rude and literally made me never want to stay at that hotel again. Beware of her.

This Hotel is in not so nice as the other AC I stayed in USA. Breakfast is really poor. Quality of food is really crap. Service?!Better forget about. It seems the waiters are all time angry. They hardly respond if you ask them to bring you a fork! Rooms are ok,not bad not good Ok. The location of the Hotel is good for business and leisure trip.

The hygiene conditions were terrible; they never cleaned. The room was also poorly soundproofed. It was uncomfortable to stay in; the only good thing was the location. Who would believe there were bloodstains left by a previous occupant on the blankets? It was outrageous!

The room is clean and tidy, with enough space. There is a Hydration Station on each floor where you can add water and use the microwave, which is very convenient.

The hotel room was excellent, with blackout curtains, soundproofing, and a comfortable shower. At $2.2k, it's very affordable in Beverly Hills; an Uber to Rodeo cost only $12. I would consider it again next time.

The service and cleanliness were both good, and the mattress was comfortable. However, I didn't like the material of the comforter; it was heavy and thick, and it was so hot. Although the name is Beverly AC Hotel, I felt the location wasn't particularly Beverly Hills; it was probably a 20-minute walk from Beverly Center. However, the surrounding area felt quite safe; I even saw a homeless person walking on the street at night.
