Value for money, location is close to transport and few restaurants around.
Neighbourhood surrounded with few homeless people.. I guess this is not only around this hotel

Very convenient location, and the on-site service is timely and very friendly. The room is not bad considering the price, but there was some sort of chemical smell that wasn't all that pleasant.

The location is excellent. It's pretty close to the LA Convention Center. And the room is fine; I stay in the Queen bed for myself.
But the bed is a bit too soft; my back aches after getting up.
The staff are friendly and willing to help, but the weird thing is that they only let the customers wait outside to check in and out. The weather is hot, and staying under the sun is not fun. My room is spacious, ac is good, but I found the bolt on the door is a bit broken.
Pricewise is very reasonable.

They don't have a pool, they should say it's out of service, plus they gave me a room that was already occupied and the man was super angry
