Level Los Angeles - Downtown South Olive

Good sized apartment rooms. Been staying here 7/8 years on and off, rooms starting to require a bit of TLC. Major issue - I book a room with a stand alone shower but they never give me one and them say we are sold out, even though that’s what I booked. Trying to get the guys at the front desk to do something for you is a near impossible task. You are better off going downstairs and talk to them face to face and even then don’t build your hopes up!

From 7/10 to 7/14/2025, we stayed here and were given a dirty room. A knife was found on the counter top, the bed had been used, and used towels were found on the ground in the bathroom. At the front desk, they said there were no rooms left, so they put us in a room on the 7th floor from a premium room on the 20th floor. Walking into the 7th floor room, we smell something foul. That room must have been without air flow for some time. After that, we went back to the front desk and requested another room. There is only one room left on the 16th floor, they said. We checked the room and there are white stains on the sofa. We were tired we just have to deal with it. We called service to bring us bed sheets so we can cover up the sofa to use it. Called them a few times, they didn't bring it to us. The bed sheets were finally delivered to us in the morning after we called them again. The experience is awful.
