There were dead insects in the refrigerator (with photos) and a leak under the sink (with photos). I informed the staff, but they just came to repair it and said there was no problem. They stepped on the bathmat with their shoes on, and when I asked for a new one, they just took the old one away and didn't bring a replacement. The room itself was otherwise fine, but despite me requesting no cleaning, it was still cleaned. The breakfast included was appreciated, but the menu was the same every day, so I got tired of it and ended up eating my own food in the room for the latter half of my stay. I wish they would vary the menu more. Also, it was difficult to adjust the water pressure in the shower, and the bed was fixed in place, making it uncomfortable to use. Noise from neighboring rooms and the floor above was quite noticeable. Considering the inflated prices due to the live event, I still think I got a relatively good deal.

The hotel is pretty good, and they offer a free shuttle. Just a heads-up though, the shuttle's paint job has changed; it's blue now, not the white one you might see in other pictures uploaded on Trip.com. Also, there's an In-N-Out Burger nearby, definitely recommend trying their fresh-made burgers!

The room was great! Even though it's close to the airport, the soundproofing is really good – I barely heard anything. The only thing was the loud ventilation fan in the room, but I guess that's a common issue in North American hotels, right? The hotel breakfast was pretty decent, the kind that fills you up, which is saying something for a US hotel. The shuttle took about 20 minutes to arrive, but on weekdays you have to call the dispatch center yourself to request it. The operator had quite a strong Indian accent, which made it a bit hard to understand. Haha!

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this place was truly terrible. First off, they discriminate against Chinese guests. They always prioritize foreigners for everything and are very unfriendly to Chinese people. On top of that, the soundproofing is abysmal. I changed rooms, and it was slightly better, but there's a complete lack of service consciousness. The breakfast was also quite perfunctory.

The room was very clean and quiet, a really good choice. The American breakfast had a good variety of options and suited my taste.

This hotel offers a shuttle bus service from Los Angeles Airport to a designated parking spot, making it suitable for business travelers or those on a layover. The hotel facilities are very new, and there are several other hotels nearby. You'll also find a convenience store and Starbucks in the vicinity. It's about a 50-minute drive to the city center. Overall, the hotel's facilities are quite new, and the stay experience was good.
