The room was spacious, and the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm – so I slept very comfortably. The hotel is located right in the city center, next to PwC, and is surrounded by consulting and financial institutions, making it very convenient for getting around.

The hotel gave us a room on the 48th floor with amazing city views. The twin room with 1.5-meter beds was spacious and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but all the bath amenities were provided. The highlights were definitely the gym and the pool. I highly recommend checking them out. The outdoor pool had a comfortable temperature, and at 1.2 meters deep, it was perfect for both swimming and just splashing around.

The breakfast and facilities definitely live up to five-star standards, and the skyline view overlooking all of Los Angeles is absolutely stunning. My only minor complaints are that the bed wasn't made perfectly, and the decor is a bit dated.

The room was very spacious. The front desk staff were quick to resolve any issues and were all very friendly. The views were also great. The lobby is on the 70th floor, so you have to switch elevators to get to your room, which is a bit inconvenient but makes it feel very secure.

The hotel is excellent, located right in the heart of downtown, offering stunning views of Los Angeles. The highlight for me was definitely the gym—it's incredibly well-equipped and very modern. Highly recommend!

The room wasn't very clean. The location is great, right in downtown, though the downtown area itself isn't the best and security is just okay. However, the hotel's specific spot is good, and the lounge bar has a nice vibe that you pass by every time you enter or leave your room. The hotel also gave me a high-floor room with a great view.

Such a letdown! Rooms were noisy as hell (we toured 4/5 rooms and all have different levels of noise disturbance, e.g., broken window, clogged sink, noise from the elevator, street noise), not to mention the minimum to none room services, one day they did not clean out room at all even though we put up the service sign (and they said would investigate and let us know what went wrong — ofc they did not); another day we had the privacy sign on, someone just opened our door while I was having a shower!!!!! Terrible to the max. Do not recommend if you are looking for a decent accommodation!
