The Audemar

So not sure where to even start. But I’ll try to keep it brief. We reserved a penthouse suite with 3 beds for 5 of us. Once we got there they said they were locked out of it and gave us another room with only 2 beds, but they said “no worries it won’t cost more!” Why would it cost more for less?!?! Once we got to the room, the toilet was clogged. I went to pull the blinds open and the whole thing came down on my face and cut my nose open. The staff was weird and rude. I emailed about the dangerous blinds and my nose, no response. There was so much more to this experience but I’ll save you the time and just say AVOID! Oh and they charged my friend for parking when she DIDNT PARK IN THEIR LOT! So she paid for another lot and that one! They refuse to refund. AVOID.

Woof. Don't put a credit card on file with these people. They will run extra charges in the middle of the night and then refuse to send an itemized bill or even respond to any emails. Kinda scammy. All I asked for was a receipt for my records. I didn't even ask for a refund. Guess imma have to go through BBB. Oh and the neighborhood was ROUGH. DONT COME HERE IS YOURE A SOLO FEMALE TRAVELER

Great Location and Fresh Rooms The Audemar Hotel has an excellent location, very convenient for my business meetings. The room was comfortable, spotless, and smelled fresh, making my stay pleasant and hassle-free.

This hotel was great. Great hospitality and service. Great location thankfully to Carlos for assisting very kind host.

We stayed one night for a nearby concert. The front desk was so kind and helpful and patient with all my questions. The room was nice and very comfortable. There were plenty of dining options nearby. Definitely am staying here next time.
