My friends and family said it couldn’t fit and wasn’t necessary given the pool table but I was obsessed and had to make it fit for you all! There are two balls in the slots for use! ⚽️Continue your entertainment & relaxation on the sectional sofa while watching television. 70” + soundbar gives you the at-home movie theatre experience we all desire! 🎞🍿Make your way to the kitchen that’s fully stocked with anything you may need to help you prepare dinner along w/ some tea & coffee goodies for you to take advantage of during your stay! Hope you enjoy! ☕️Downstairs is also where you’ll find the guest restroom + laundry room. The storage closet nearest the laundry room is fully stocked with additional cleaning products and soaps for you as needed during your stay. Beneath the washer in its drawer, you’ll find some extra laundry necessities to also use during your stay. 🧺As you make your way upstairs, to your right is the Suede Master Bedroom I where you’ll have a wealth of space and walk-in closet along with additional storage as needed. There is a remote working station that can be used in this suite as well. 💻Step into Woodsy Bedroom II where you’ll be even more cozy! The distressed wood look has always been one of my favorite designs. 💎Each bedroom is equipped with mounted 43” smart televisions where you can sign onto your streaming service or provider although, you will have access to my Netflix account during your stay! You can also screen mirror from your phone onto the television, if desired. 📺🪞The first full bathroom upstairs (nearest the master) features the bath tub & additional storage space with extra toiletries, if needed. The second bathroom features a luxurious walk-in spa for you & maybe a +1. ❤️Some extras available during your stay are downstairs within the doors nearest the entryway. The first door to the left of the mirror is a utility closet for my housekeepers’ supplies and will be locked during your stay. The other door to the right of the entry door, you’ll find a foldable rollaway bed (aka. floor mattress since Vrbo didn’t have an option to select for foldable rollaway bed) along with additional sheets, pillows, pillow cases and a blanket (if needed). Additional foldable table and set of 4-chairs are available inside here as needed along with a broom. 🧻🪥🪒Guest accessThere is free street parking and more importantly, private parking exclusive to my guests. You can fit up to 3 cars comfortably. The driveway is a bit narrow so, please check both sides when pulling in or backing in for ease when entering along with exiting.The driveway gate is AUTOMATIC & is always locked. You will need to use the gate remote control to lock and unlock gates when entering and exiting.Please review street signs for street cleaning limitations and ensure your car is not parked on the wrong side of the street during street cleaning days. Of course, I highly recommend parking in the driveway as much as possible!There is absolutely NO smoking inside of my home & any slight detection of vaping or smoking of any kind in any parts of the home is subject to a $500 penalty. This is on top of any other accommodation or cleaning fee charged initially at booking. The listing specifies NO SMOKING as do the signs in my home & as outlined on photos. Smoking should happen outside with all windows and doors closed to avoid smoke from entering the home.The driveway gate is AUTOMATIC & is always locked. You will need to use the gate remote control to lock and unlock gates when entering and exiting.The home can be a bit chilly in the colder seasons so, I generally have the heat set to keep the house at or around 67-70 degrees or even warmer during the evening times. Feel free to adjust as you feel it best. The central A/C and heating system is controlled by the thermostat in the upstairs hallway.The upstairs Bathroom III & Spa needs some patience with the water getting hot so, I recommend turning it on a few minutes before you’re getting in to allow it time to get hot & steamy!Also, there is a small lemon tree in the front yard and you’re more than welcome to help yourself to some lemons as long as you leave some for others, please!
