Very close to the airport with a free shuttle service, and the driver helped with our luggage. The room facilities are a bit old, especially the bathtub in the bathroom, but the cleanliness was good. The front desk staff's attitude was so-so, but they did give us the quiet room we requested. We stayed one night after arriving late, making it convenient to pick up a rental car the next day. Overall, it's pretty good value for money. There were a lot of airline crew members staying there, which made it feel very safe.

The facilities are quite basic, similar to a budget hotel in China. The room was clean and tidy. There was no kettle, no toiletries, and no slippers (which seems to be common in hotels abroad). They did provide shampoo and shower gel. The hotel lobby has a small pantry area offering coffee and hot water, but it's time-limited: from 7 AM to 10 AM. Within a 5-minute walk of the hotel, there are a few restaurants and small supermarkets. I chose this affordable hotel for a daytime layover during an airport transfer to shower and rest, not for an overnight stay. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to and from the airport every hour on the hour.

The hotel is quite clean and the rooms are spacious. It's very close to Los Angeles International Airport, and you can get there by shuttle. Overall, I'm quite satisfied. The soundproofing is excellent; you can see planes taking off and landing, but you can barely hear any noise.

We stayed at this hotel for a total of three nights. It's very close to the airport and convenient for reaching the car rental center. Dining and getting gas were both very convenient. There's a large, free parking lot. The front desk service was excellent. The buffet restaurant is also quite spacious, though hotel breakfasts in this region are generally like this: no vegetables and cold milk. Hot water and coffee are available, however. Outside the lobby, there's a small, beautiful courtyard – a pleasant spot to relax for a bit. A gym is also located nearby. The only minor downside is that the room was quite small, feeling a bit cramped. However, it was well-equipped and very clean.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was excellent—great service, comfortable rooms, and a pleasant atmosphere. However, I was very disappointed with the breakfast. At $50 per person, not including taxes and gratuity, I expected a wider variety and higher quality of choices, but the options were very limited.

Nice hotel. Manager offered to look at available room types (we hadn't asked for it). Eventually we chose the offered room on 6th floor with good view on planes landing to LAX. Breakfast - very good for this kind of hotels. The only disappointment - no laundry.

There's a shuttle bus from the airport, but we had to wait quite a while for it. The room is quite spacious; a twin bed room comfortably fit two adults and two kids. For getting around, Uber is your only option; if you rent a car, hotel parking is nearly $70 a day. Breakfast is à la carte and the service is good. There's a Subway and McDonald's not too far away, so you can also grab breakfast there. I wouldn't recommend the Thai restaurant near the hotel; the food was really bad.
