The hotel is in the city center and can be a bit noisy at night. Breakfast is à la carte; additional charges apply if the breakfast is outside the package price.

Outdated. Room was spacious. Bed comfortable. Location close to Walk of Fame. Security not good enough. Although there were cameras, front door was open for anyone to enter and there was no one stationed at the front desk. As for housekeeping, throughout my 5 day stay, the given travel-size soap and shampoo were never once replenished. Breakfast options were very limited.

First off, the room was very clean and new. It's really hard to find a new place at this price point in Los Angeles; you can try searching yourself. As for the location, we chose West Hollywood over downtown for safety reasons, so it's naturally not very close to the main attractions. It's about a 10-20 minute taxi ride. However, this place is quite close to the Walk of Fame; you could even walk there if you're up for it. There's a post office right outside, so you can even send postcards. I felt safe in the neighborhood even at night. You can walk to 7-Eleven, and it's surrounded by other hotels, so there's really no safety concern. The only downside is for light sleepers or those who need to go to bed early – don't choose this place. They have parties until 2 AM every night; there's a pool party on the rooftop and a bar downstairs by the entrance. The hotel's theme is definitely geared towards young people. Plus, you get a $15 credit daily to spend at the hotel, so at least you get some value back from the destination fee.

Very good location, very close to Hollywood. There is an open-air small swimming pool that kids like. It is also very convenient to go to Universal Studios. I am playing Uber. To Disney is also to play Uber from here. 33 knives to Los Angeles International Airport, 54 knives to Disney, and 7 knives to Universal Studios.

This hotel is perfect for those who want be within walking distance to the Hollywood walk of fame and the Griffith Observatory hiking trail. It's also possible to hike the Hollywood sign if you don't mind longer trails. The room was basic and does the job. The free parking was a blessing for us and we really appreciated this. The swimming pool, although was small, was very relaxing and well maintained. The main downside is the safety of the area surrounding the hotel. We felt safe within the grounds of the hotel, but outside there were many scary homeless people.

This is not a front desk. All check-in procedures have to be completed online and I looked for a room for a while. We assigned a room on the first floor without a balcony, but basically we still have some views. Outside security said there was a free breakfast but we didn't find it and there were no billboards. But in terms of location, close to famous attractions such as the world and Hollywood is not bad.

There is no coffee maker in the room and hot water cannot be burned. The hotel is facing the street, and the motorcycle on the road in the first half of the night is very loud, and the second half of the night is better. There are many convenience stores nearby to eat. Not far away, there is seven-eleven, It is also very close to the Hollywood Avenue of Stars and the Chinese Theatre. It is a 10-minute walk. The hotel has free WiFi, but you have to ask for a password with the front desk. Parking is $10 per day, and the parking place is cramped, not enough comments. The neighborhood is not very hygienic, and there are many homeless. As a temporary transit, you can find a lower price nearby, anyway.

I expected a little because it said that breakfast was included, but it was too poor. Only a small loaf of bread and cereal came out. Drinks were orange and milk not 100%. The milk was also unsanitary mixed with water falling from the ceiling. My son had a stomach ache from the effects. The employees were kind and taught me a lot about the city. 

The hotel is in a good location, about ten minutes' drive from Universal Studios, with supermarkets and panda nearby, high cost performance, convenient and free parking. Friendly service, clean and tidy. Breakfast is too simple, only bread slices, coffee, and black tea.
