Good hotel

The hotel is very clean. My family enjoy to stay. We will book again. Thank you for the nice and kind employees for accomodating us. Mabuhay😊

Quiet place as it is located inside the campus with 2 guarded gates. 1 gate closes by 10pm and the other gate is 24hrs. Room is very spacious with 3 single beds, closet area, ref, tv, hot shower and toiletries. They have a 25-meter pool. With diving platforms. It is very clean and filters are in operation during our stay. The wall and flooring of the pool is covered by a thick tarp which added safety for diving. There are multiple shower areas. 1 gate is close to Olivarez Mall and the other gate is close to Robinsons Townmall. Both malls are small compared to the usual, Robinsons only has a small food court whereas Olivarez Mall has Jollibee, Yellow Cab, Gloria Jean Coffee, Waltermart supermarket, Max’s and Dunkin to name a few. Lobby a bit small, just infront of the hotel’s entrance. There is seating/waiting area on the right and the restaurant on the left. Did not have the chance to try their food as there are numerous choices outside the hotel. Overall, it did not disappoint and well exceeded our expectation.

Generally great experience and would love to be back on our next vacation. The food in the cafe is great! Would be great if there are additional options for hot beverage for kids (e.g. Milo) and might want to consider serving at least a few more Halal or Kosher options (e.g. Turkey Ham). Nonetheless, our stay was great! Kudos to the FO’s who took care of our needs are were always ready to be of service. To Rachel, Cathy and Rina! Thank you all!

Brought my family with me - not with teens but with an infant. I messaged TRACE about this beforehand and how we’re going to have to check in past 1AM as our flight will only be arriving past 11AM. Hence my booking for the previous day as well. When we arrived, because I apparently booked a family room only for three adults and there were four of us plus my baby, the front desk staff met us in the middle of the parking space around 1AM and instead of accepting my request for an extra bed at extra cost, she asked me a few times that I sleep on the couch in the lobby instead. As I had to be with a client at 7AM that same day, I asked if we could just sleep for a few hours and we can figure the whole extra bed out once I was back from my client engagement. We entered the room and there was no way that could have been safe for an infant. So we ended not sleeping at all because we didn’t know how we could sleep with the worry that my baby might fall off and hit her head in the wooden night desks stuck in between the beds. When I got back from my client engagement, the extra bed wasn’t set up yet and the room was not cleaned. A staff had to run after me at the upstairs hallway to ask me for P500+ payment for extra bed and said that they won’t set it up unless it was paid first. This was despite seeing me with all my work stuff with me, my cellphone in one ear on an almost 50-minute conversation with someone on the other line, and my voice breaking up due to exhaustion. So no, paying almost P4K a night for this place wasn’t worth it.

We were welcomed, fed and ushered to our room. Staff are easy to reach out. Location is strategic, near the Mall as well as our location of interest ( UP Los Banos and UPOU ). Room is clean, beds are comfy.

This place is sooooo great!!! Had to attend an event at the Trace Glasshouse events place which I could tell a really nice venue, food was superb, friendly and helpful events team. We enjoyed the party after which I joined my friend in her hotel room. By the way, room is clean but needs maintenance. It’s okay coz the staff are generous enough to give us late checkout coz we had a party, plus they are accommodating and pleasant- Michelle, Crizelle and desk manager. You got to find this hidden gem.
