My husband and I absolutely loved our most recent stay at the Le Blanc Spa Resort Los Cabos a Palace Resort in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico. We have been members of the Palace Resorts for years and most recently added the Diamond status to our membership. The service and the surroundings are 5+ stars. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and the ocean view is breath taking. This year we celebrated my husband’s birthday and surprised my niece who was celebrating her birthday in Los Cabos with her friends. Both my husband and my niece’s birthday is the first week in May so my husband and I celebrated his birthday the entire week we were there. It was my husband and my first trip to Los Cabos and it could not have been any better than staying at the Le Blanc. Generally, when we visit Mexico, we have only gone to Cancun and most recently stayed at The Grand Cancun (The Grand) in March of this year. We chose The Le Blanc because when we mentioned to Lucia Barradas, who is the Public Relations Director at The Grand, that one of my nieces was going to celebrate her milestone birthday in Los Cabos with friends, Lucia suggested the Le Blanc. I love Cancun however it is more foliage in Cancun. Los Cabos is more of a desert and catus experience which was fabulously different. We absolutely loved it. What made it truly memorable was the customer service and the pride that the staff takes in the delivery of making sure that you have nothing short of an excellent time. It started at the airport where we were greeted by Anel, and Mateo & Johnathan were our chauffeurs who ensured that we were quickly scouted off to begin our journey in Los Cabos to our fabulous adult only all-inclusive resort. We were so happy with Mateo we had him pick us up when we departed later in the week back to the airport. Now honestly the Diamond staff is nothing short of magnificent. From Claudia Islas, the public relations manager and Vanessa Chan, our concierge who never took a pause to ensure that all our needs were taken care of. Also, our butlers Paul ,Yair and Beatriz were given tasks such as finding a battery charger for my husband’s cannon camera because he left his chargers at home, they found a solution to what could have been a nigh**are if we were not able to take pictures. I mean folks go up and above the call of duty to address any issues that may occur. As on all of our vacations, and just eating out in general, as I have mentioned in previous reviews, I am food challenged. I am on a strict low/no sodium diet. No sugar etc. I brought my spices with me. However, we found that the chefs and everyone at the various restaurants at The Le Blanc were so accommodating. I have never received such service here in the states. We should seriously take note here in the states that the hospitality training that the Palace Resorts have in place should be a model for all in the hospitality industry. Once I made them aware that my preference was for them to cook my order w
