For the price, it really was fantastic. Actually was worth double the price. Loved it, will be back! Shout out to Eder at front desk, made the whole stay awesome!

It was a Great visit. Excellent customer service from all staff. Our concierge David was very attentive to all our needs. He helped us immensely with planning. They have a small golf course, pickle ball courts, basketball, and tennis courts which was fun. They do push timeshare on you quite heavily.

Hacienda Encantada is a beautiful all inclusive resort! There are many food options around the resort and at the marina! If you’re lounging by the pool at el encanto de la hacienda, Alexander will provide the best pool service! Get the quesadillas and coladas you won’t be sorry!

Deseo informales que el servicio de Las Marias, Il Forno y El Patio la atención es excelente. Los meseros felipe, antonio sasueta, ohnel, gerardo y ramon nos brindaron un servicio excelente. El departamento de inhouse tienen un excelente personal y son muy amables. Paola espinoza, Carolina kelly, Gustavo arias hijo y Zora. Muchas gracias por todo, sigan con la misma calidad de siempre, es un placer enorme cada que regresamos a hacienda encantada. Nos vemos el proximo año.

Are stay was great. Special thanks to Isabel Garcia & Francisco. They both fabulous & we want to see both when we return. They would both make excellent supervisors or managers. We had no problems with any of the employees, but these two were special. Hopefully see you all soon.

Ohnel is one of the best servers at Il Forno restaurant. He’s friendly, has a wonderful smile, positive attitude and even remembered our drink orders from 2 nights before! The food is delicious too! Great view of the sunset! Great customer service!

We were very excited to visit this resort. Unfortunately we left less than excited. The location is beautiful and can’t be beat! The staff were very nice and thoughtful. Upon arrival, we were checked in and told our room wasn’t ready, but we would be notified when it was. We never were. Our keys didn't work, we waited quite awhile for assistance. Thankfully, a room service employee had our name on a list or we might still be sitting on a bench waiting. After check in, of course we were hustled to schedule a vacation club” talk. Hard to avoid that scam. Makes it totally uncomfortable. Our luggage was delivered (after several calls) hours later. Bumpy start! We had the all-inclusive package and we were disappointed we did that. We never could find a great meal for what we paid and we are convinced the drinks are watered down. We’ve stayed at better in Cabo. This was disappointing.

Beautiful property. Food, staff and views were amazing. Only con is that all bars/restaurants closed at 10.30pm. Definitely not a party resort but if you want to chill in beautiful surroundings this is the resort for you.
