Great place to stay and relax. All the rooms have an ocean view!
The only con is the outrageous prices on everything!
Taco Tuesday is $50 per person for unlimited tacos. You kidding me, we are in Mexico, I can eat unlimited tacos in LA and it won’t cost me $50.
Two coffees and a croissant is like $15. Pricing is insane. I rather take Uber and go have dinner at a local restaurant with more authentic food for fraction of a price. Otherwise hotel is great.

WARNING! I stayed at Hilton Los Cabos 3 years ago and had a fabulous time and enjoyed the Altamar services for a wonderful time. My wife and daughter requested that we return so we booked almost 2 weeks this year December/January. As a Hilton Diamond member I used a significant amount of points and upgraded monetarily to Altamar for even better experience. Unfortunately during this stay a conference- private event was scheduled by Edward Jones for their employees during the same time as my stay. This private event and functions — many guests including my family have found were inconsiderate and unappreciative. It seems that the hotel was overwhelmed at times — one dinner we had to wait for +1 hour for our food and my wife’s food was served cold. 300 non-paying guests in my perspective are more Holiday Inn Express mentality not Hilton Diamond members. If I knew that there would have been this many additional event unappreciative guest I would have booked another resort - I feel bad for the staff as well. Additionally, for a private event on 01Jan24 the hotel closed one of the main pools congesting the remaining pools to maximum and unenjoyable a**osphere- luckily I rented a cabana! Is the hotel catering to these event guests first— it surely seems that way. So my warning is — ask prior to booking if a large private event is scheduled during your stay — do not waste your valuable hhonors points and definitely don’t upgrade to Altamar because the service is not to the standard promised with so many additional event guests. They will be back 2024 December.

Beautiful property.
Witnessed A wedding ceremony every day! They wedding party takes priority over the pool area, FYI. Music from weddings every night. Toilet flushing noise all day. No coffee pot in room, no internet unless you pay extra $12 dollars /day. Food is very expensive. Regular coffee was $8.00, chips & guac $24. Mini fridge requires you put ice daily to keep things cool. We paid $500/night for a week. I think you get more at lowered priced hotels nearby that offer great service, nice accomodations and beach access.

We had an excellent time at Hilton Los Cabo’s—the lobby was pristine and welcoming, the rooms were inviting and comfortable, and there was always friendly service at the restaurants, but most of all, excellent service at the pool! ALBERTO was so fabulous in making sure we were always comfortable and well hydrated. He was the BEST! All the food was amazing—everything we ordered was fresh, authentic, and very tasty! We highly recommend the ceviche and the wood fired tacos.

The Property location is great. Staff needs to be trained properly on disclosing the fees, and services. Food was mediocre. Overpriced food and drinks for the quality. Outrageously overpriced for a resort.

The Hilton Los Cabos never disappoints—every visit is just fantastic! This is our second time here, and we're already excited to come back. The staff goes above and beyond, making everything from the service to the meals exceptional. Everyone, from the room attendants to the pool staff, is incredibly friendly and warm. Honestly, we never want to leave! The spa is an absolute must-try. We had a blast hat painting with Sol today, and tomorrow's lineup includes a cooking class, a margarita mixing session, and maybe even a sound bath. It's just non-stop fun here! George is amazing at the pool. Edgar is our favorite server at the lobby bar & restaurant. Rosa is wonderful in concierge. Norma is fantastic in the spa. She is a wonderful esthetician. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel is fine but there is ZERO a**osphere. There is absolutely NO music at the pools and therefore is boring. Not even light lounge music. It’s just quiet. Which doesn’t really add to the vibe or make you feel like you’re on vacation. I’m not sure how a holiday destination place can have no music whatever. Pool loungers had hair from the previous person. Not that this matters but the pool menus were paper and ripped. Wish we had gone somewhere else.

We had our dream wedding come to life thanks to the Hilton Los Cabos. I had a specific vision and very high expectations and I could not be happier with how everything turned out. The main reason I chose the Hilton Los Cabo was for the beautiful wedding venues. We were able to get married in a private area with gorgeous white columns and then party at our reception on their beautiful beach. The resort itself is gorgeous and the staff is exceptional. They have a beach where you can swim and the cabanas are very nice. We had additional activities and dinner reservations that helped make the weekend unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond to make them all really special. It’s a beautiful resort and I would highly suggest for a perfect wedding or the best vacation!
