My husband and I enjoyed all aspects of our stay but we particularly enjoyed the elite club bar! The drinks and service were amazing!!!

The hotel itself was nice and in a good location. However the hotel itself is boring, not much to do but lounge around the pool. The evening activities are boring, (they had a violinist). The pool games are not fun/interactive. The room service was terrible, ham and cheese sandwiches lol you can literally make at home. The food was okay not great.
This is a good place if you’re older and just want to relax the entire time. The vibes were not there.

The property was immaculate, the staff were so hospitable, the rooms were gorgeous and the beds were comfortable, the food was amazing! The pools have a variety of temperatures which is amazing and you can even head to pools that don’t have music playing if you want to keep it more chill. But also a great place to party if that’s what you’re looking for! I have nothing bad to say about this place. Don’t bother listening to all the negative reviews about food quality and room quality - They are not worth your attention. I would come back here in an instant.

The hotel was nice. It’s all inclusive. We appreciated the adult only environment. There are several speciality restaurants so we didn’t get tired of eating in the hotel while we were there.
The only thing we didn’t like was the room location. We requested two beds but initially got a one bed. The only room with two bed was in the bottom floor without any elevator access. It was not pleasant to carry the baggies by ourselves. They didn’t bother to send a bell boy with us when we changed the room.

This is a very clean and friendly property. The staff is very helpful. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the fact that there wasn’t a dress code for the buffet. It is inappropriate and disrespectful for people- adults especially to be eating at a buffet- or anywhere- with only skimpy bathing suits on. Not to mention unappetizing.

Completely relaxing RUI Adult Only Baja California. Staff was exceptional. Definitely make sure you order Elite Club when booking. Improved restaurant choices, etc... Loved being able to walk to the other RIU compounds for the parties, like EIU Santa fe, just through a gate. Make sure you get the Elite Rom Ocean front. Perfect.

Very clean, staff always cleaning floors, etc. clean, comfortable rooms. If you want quiet don’t have your room near entertainment area. They play until 11pm every night. Second time staying here and would again
