Many waiters, but almost no attention, zero activities, bar closes very early, a lot of noise on certain levels due to the ventilation, the elevator in the altitude tower did not work for 1 day. There are 8 floors.
Buffet always the same every day, dinners in restaurants are the same as in the buffet only a la carte and it takes up to 30-1hr waiting even when the place is not full, you have to transfer **** to the bottom from the lobby to make reservations for restaurants, with the cocierge in case of altitude, but you never feel that “plus” of extra payment, smaller rooms than in the one you see in photos, but they do their job.

The hotel was fine. I am not sure why there are cobblestones embedded in the floor outside the rooms in the hallway. Very noisy when carts are wheeling past late at night. The staff was mostly standoffish Except for one who provided excellent customer service at the pool: Victor O. Also, Rosi made delicious omelettes. Overall the food was decent at this resort. There are only hot tubs at the adult pool unfortunately.

Visitamos las instalaciones del Krystal Los Cabos, teniendo una excelente opinión del Resort, cumplimiento perfectamente con cada expectativa que se ofrece. Estuvimos alrededor de 5 días, y en todo momento muy amables, cordiales y atentos. No tendría ningún comentario negativo, sólo buscar construir en lo siguiente: 1.- En el área de la disco a las 10:00pm sucedía una de las siguientes dos cosas; o el aire acondicionado ya no se daba abasto, o lo apagaban con intención de que el personal por su cuenta comenzará a desocupar el lugar (el calor se empezaba a sentir demasiado). Dado que se tiene un horario de cierre, no veo necesario que se realice esa práctica (en caso que así suceda). 2.- El primer día solicitamos alimentos del snack, y el tiempo de espera fue demasiado, pesé a que abrían a las 11:45am si no mal recuerdo, nos terminaron sirviendo los alimentos a las 12:45pm. Por esa experiencia, en toda la estancia no volví a solicitar alimentos en está zona. Espero estas reseñas puedan ayudar a seguir creciendo a su gran hotel. Limpieza de 100%, Oscar e Isidro, preparadores de bebida, al 100% siempre. Gracias a Jonathan y José Luis por su compañía y atención, grandes personas. A los cocineros y meseros de restaurants, siempre atentos con gran actitud, excelente sabor en su comida. En general muy buena experiencia. Gracias.

Pedro at the pool bar was amazing and very knowledgeable about cocktails and more. The service was amazing. He was always willing to be very helpfull and suggesting new cocktails for us to try. If you ever come to Krystal Grand Cabos, you have to go the the adults pool where Predo will take care of you !
