Buyer beware if you are vacation club member as we are. They stuck us in a room that has a view of the condo rooftops next door. I went to front desk and mentioned that I was an owner and longtime Titanium. Made no difference. “We have very high occupancy right now”. My question is why weren’t we given one of the best rooms in the house? BS answer. I am now questioning my vacation club purchase.

Great for families. Pools and service are great. All employees were very nice. I would recommend taking an Uber to Freska to get groceries for snacks and breakfast, food in the resort (and everywhere) is very nice expensive. Can easily spend $200 on lunch, $300 on dinner for a family of 6. Absolutely would stay again. 30 mins to Cabo San Lucas and 30 mins to the San Jose airport. It’s right in the middle of the tourist corridor. Good location for those looking for a quiet place, but easy access to the city.

Westin never disappoints. Clean. Great service. Amazing views. Divided adult and kid pools was appreciated. My one and only complaint was that you can’t get coffee until 7AM. What can I say….I’m an early riser. 10/10 ranking on places to stay regardless of the occasion.

The entire primary building for the resort was without water for 6+ hours during our stay without notice and additionally without hot water for more than 24 hours. Subsequent issues involved cold showers and disgusting public area restrooms. Management was deceiving when it came to providing accurate information regarding these events, first claiming planned maintenance and then over promising repairs without making sufficient accommodations for guests. Overall, these events resulted in a disappointing experience and frustration with management. Pros: - Ideal location for whale watching and central for trips between towns - Attractive facilities which look true to pictures - Didn't feel overly crowded despite being sold out - Excellent service staff - Tasty food options - Fun activities to keep you entertained Cons outside of issue stated above: - Adult pool wasn't heated (at all/enough) for season - Hot tub was not hot and was dirty - Food and drinks are pricey for the area - Ubers cannot come on property, drop outside gate

We really enjoyed this resort. We loved the owners pool and our 2 bed apartments was fine. We enjoyed the ability to self cater as well as going in to Los Cabis for meals. We tried room service once which was a disaster - but that didn’t matter. We have booked to return / it is a gem of a resort and Los Cabos as an area is one of our favourites.

A beautiful quiet resort, perfect for couples and families who want to get away from the party scene of San Lucas. Carlos made us super comfortable at Check in and made sure our taxi's were reasonably priced and our travel was safe. The swim up bar staff was super fun and made delicious drinks!

My wife and I went to Cabos to celebrate a milestone birthday. It was just the two of us. We had an amazing time. All rooms have a view of the Sea of Cortez. We participated in the morning yoga on the beach classes, used the gym, and took full advantage of the pools. The whale watching was spectacular. Breakfast was fabulous, the market was convenient, and poolside food was delicious and reasonably priced. The staff was warm and friendly.

This was the first time visiting this resort. We are Marriott Timeshare owners and were excited about visiting this resort. It was our first time staying at the recently acquired Westin property. To say that we were disappointed is an understatement. The reviews from the resort were beautiful but our original room at the very end of one tower had a view of the hillside with only 1/2 a view of the ocean. Our unit was dark, the second bedroom having no windows at all. We had invited another couple to join us and they canceled at the last minute. In some ways we were glad they did as we would have been embarrassed to have them stay in this dark bedroom. The interior was furnished very cheaply, think budget motel. The furniture, cabinets and rug were all very dark and somewhat depressing which only served to make a dark unit appear darker. The kitchenette was really small with no counter space at all. I’m not sure why it had so many pots and pans and also a complete set of dishes, silverware and glassware as you could fit very little in the minuscule dishwasher. Three days into our week long visit we were offered a unit with a better view. It was definitely better but a hassle to repack and move everything. The landscaping and architecture were lovely but the units themselves make this a less than desirable destination for us. While we will probably return to Cabo we will definitely stay elsewhere.
