Dirty towels (with traces of feces!), awful reception service by Natalia and not better by her manager, extremely slippery after the rain (and you don’t see where is slippery where is not, so I fall down several times!). Room cleaning staff is mega noisy. Restaurants got closed due to the rain - no breakfast nothing. So as good as the facility is (except the noise isolation), the hotel is a NO GO for me. And I’m someone who has stayed in 500+ hotels and own 4 smaller hotels myself.

The Nobo Cabo property is incredibly clean, and rooms are the same way. The service is as good as anywhere we have stayed, and the food is also probably the best all throughout the property compared to any resort anywhere.. Prepare for pretty high prices on the menu, but so long as you are prepared for that, you will find this is the best food overall at a resort you could imagine. The one drawback is that the wind blows pretty hard all the time. Nobu is on the Pacific side of the peninsula, and I'm not sure it ever gets calm, but they say the winter months are different. Great beach for walking but too dangerous for swimming. Unbelievable sunsets!

Beautiful place. Terrible location. Windy everyday can’t enjoy. There was a roach in our room they had to bring someone to spray at 10pm at night while daughter was sleeping. Offered $200 credit lol. Service was ok by pool not the greatest. A bit over priced. Paid $35 for 2 coffees and ice cream :).

The pool is not heated and everyone is crowded together. Don't book here. There are too many complaints. First of all, the location is extremely bad. You can't go into the water at the beach. The navigation can't give the correct route. If you don't rent a car yourself, you will be forced to call a taxi by the hotel. It takes at least 30 minutes to go anywhere. The service attitude is also very bad. Seeing that you are not interested in buying their timeshare, they will privately change the original room. And pay attention to the booking terms. This is the only hotel without any conditions. There are so many hotels in cabos. If you want to be cheated, come here. It's too exaggerated! !
