We originally booked Mar Del Cabo, but when we arrived, it was said that it was being refurbished, and we went to the Grand Velas next door. The whole hotel was upgraded to a hotel of 3 times the value for free. Best hotel ever!

We had a lovely time. It was quiet and relaxing. The staff were incredible. Shout out to our breakfast/pool hosts Victor, Eufracia, Sergio, Omar. Thank you for always making sure we had everything and more. To Danna at the front desk, thank you for making sure everything throughout our stay was wonderful. Kenia our housekeeper. I know I forgot some people but honestly I couldn’t ask for better staff, so warm and welcoming! Beds were so comfortable. I haven’t slept that well in forever. Also I loved the endless bottle water refill and the filtered water available at the pool. Such a nice touch! Thank you so much Mar Del Cabo for a wonderful trip!

Amazing stay and such great hospitality from all of the staff! We were here for a wedding and they took great care of us during our entire stay! The wedding was so beautiful and the beach was clean and very relaxing! We had a full kitchen in our suite with everything we could need, and there were also lots of great picture spots to take cute pics all around the resort! Overall, we definitely recommend staying here and Javier is the best!!!

Great food, ambiance, staff, and location. My husband and I prefer boutique hotels over large resorts however we were still able to go right next door to Grand Velas to enjoy a wonderful spa day. Everything you want is all here. If you're thinking about booking, go for it!

Amazing place! This place is one-of-a-kind along the tourist corridor. It’s smaller, more intimate, and charming. It’s not like what you’d typically expect in the large hotel chains. Here everyone knows your suite number, are extremely attentive to your needs (towels, water, etc) even if you don’t explicitly ask for them. We were very impressed. My husband and I stayed for 8 days and were working remotely for the most part and it was no problem at all since the wifi was pretty stable all throughout the resort, even the pool! Loved that there was hardly anyone else , very quiet for the most part, nice jazz music streaming all over the property, and that it’s an adult only hotel. Food options may be limited but the suites all have a kitchenette so we just bought a lot of takeout mexican and kept them in the fridge and reheated them which also saved us a lot of money. The staff at this property is truly best in class. Victor (reservations), Victor (Encanto), Saul, Rosario, Yosaline, Pablo specifically- even the housekeeping folks were so accommodating and flexible to our schedules in terms of when to make up the room. We got the partial ocean view room and the extra few dollars was totally worth it! Will surely come back and highly recommend to others!

The moment you pull into the circular drive of this boutique hotel between two larger properties and you're greeted by Saul you'll know you made the right decision. This property is on the tourist corridor in between San Jose, Del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas only 20 minutes away a**osphere and the staff is the top. Highly recommend this property

Cute, quite hotel with perfect service and miracle beach. Especially want to marked and give thanks to Chef of hotel’s restaurant Oscar Morales that prepared absolutely amazing many courses dinner from the marlin that was catch by us in the morning.

Construction all over resort. We were not notified prior to arrival and have to walk over rebar to get to the front gate. Jack hammers and saws were going on all day near the pool and the restaurant and bar were closed the entire time with scaffolding up all around the resort. On top of this the resort is much more run down than pictures suggest.
