This was our 3rd time to stay at The Residences at Hacienda Encantada. It was awesome as always. Great restaurants and resort grounds. We enjoyed both the 2 bedroom villa and also the 3 bedroom residence. Our butler Daniel Morales is top notch. He was easy to communicate with and took care of all our needs every day. Actually Daniel even went above and beyond helping us with a party. This resort is a must do for anyone who wants a superior experience.

My family and I always have a fantastic experience at Hacienda. The staff is exceptional, and Daniel was especially helpful and accommodating in helping us navigate an unexpected medical emergency with my father during our stay. Many thanks to the entire Hacienda team for all the care and attention they pay to ensuring every moment we spend at the resort is a truly memorable and enjoyable one.

This vacation was a dream getaway in a magical villa with magical views. The villa was modern, clean and stocked. It was amazingly well decorated and had every amenity. The staff were amazing and so friendly, they would go out of their way to help with any need. Especially but not limited to Daniel, Trinidad, Marco, Paul and Humberto!

The resort was wonderful, relaxing and had very nice views! Daniel was very helpful and cheerful… He was only one call away every time we need assistance or have questions. He made arrangements for us and changed reservation times when we needed it and made it seemed effortless..Thank you Daniel,

Highly recommend! This is my second time going to Hacienda Encantada and I can’t say enough about this wonderful resort! It is a stunning property, the accommodations are first class all the way in the service is amazing! Make sure you get Guillermo as your Butler because there isn’t anyone better! He took great care of us the entire time we were there and made sure we had everything we needed even when it was his day off. Trinidad always got us where we needed to go onsite and Pedro was the best server at the VIP pool and made sure we never ran out of drinks or food. I can’t wait to visit this resort again!!! 5 stars!

We were 3 generations traveling together to celebrate my daughters 30th birthday. Estefania was our assigned Butler and she was fabulous. She decorated our place with balloons and things making my daughters birthday even more special. In addition, she made all our dining arrangements per our requests and for a grip of 8 isn’t always easy. She definitely added to our already wonderful memories. Thank you so much Estefania!

Best place to relax and leave the outside world behind! They have it all! Multiple restaurants with a variety of food (unlike other all inclusive resorts), wonderful spa, multiple pools catering to various groups of visitors, sports activities and shows, and luxurious accommodations! We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and with Clemente as our butler all we had to do was shoot him a text for literally everything we needed! The entire staff could not have been more amazing! Thank you to everyone! We will be back!

We arrived 4/6/24 to a beautiful resort with exceptional staff & service. It was a surprise to be upgraded to the wonderful Residences behind a gated community of Villas w/private pools, hot tubs, grills, full kitchen, living & dining room space as well as 2 bedrooms & 3 full baths! Estefania, our Butler, & Jasmin, our maid made sure that we were taken care of First class! Stan (Estefania’s nickname) was attentive to all of our wants & needs providing expert care & service. She decorated our unit due to a birthday celebration. It was a surprise & so thoughtful! My sister, a girlfriend, & myself experienced a first class vacation & one in which will be hard to surpass! Alejandra was so friendly and professional! I loved the little touches - bedding folded like a flower, cookies left for us, etc. She also always said goodbye when she left.
