Other than the push to sit thru a 90 minute presentation it’s was a very nice resort with good staff and amenities. Food is definitely better than cancun.

Not a fan of this resort. Too busy, expensive for what you get. Timeshare reps hovering all over the lobby area. We moved rooms twice. The first room we were given was not what we booked or paid for. The second room was right beside the lobby, which was a very noisy and busy area. Very difficult to get lounge chairs around the pool. The only positive for us was the use of the pickleball courts. Staff were friendly.

Overall, a very good stay. Most of the food was good but not great. We did not do the all-inclusive. Dinners in town were good options.

Our trip was amazing! The customer service given by WILBERTH was OVER THE TOP! He made us the BEST drinks during our whole trip! We kept coming back to the same bar just so he could make it for us :) thank you so much for taking care of us. Nos vemos pronto 🇲🇽🍻😊

We had a great stay, the resort was beautiful and the staff was fantastic. Nico was our server by the pool, and he was amazing. He was so attentive, friendly and quick, and it really made our stay so much better. Thank you Nico for taking care of us throughout our stay!

Nico at the Palmar pool was amazing! He is fast and friendly! He treats us like royalty. He is the best server! He works very hard to please everyone! Very comfortable resort with all the amenities you can want. The beds were comfy and the restaurants are very good too.

La mayoría de los huéspedes eran extranjeros y a pesar de ser mexicana el trato fue igual o mejor, un trato cálido y amable, las instalaciones están muy bien deberían mejorar su publicidad en YouTube ya que no les hace justicia en los videos se ve muy descuidado el hotel pero en realidad está muy bien y en excelentes condiciones, la seguridad es muy buena. En general superó mis expectativas y excelente trato.

Overall a great experience, service maintained it’s status of attentiveness, the food was even better, great hostess at California Cafe, the elegant dining at California “Bella Italian dining” great staff and awesome manager “Tall Guy” Housekeeping service was good too. Maintaining your landscaping was/is out of this world, other hotels can learn from it. A great job!! Shortfalls; - Closing beach too often (4times in our week) - Activity personnel could use better language is communicating why we CANNOT use Bougie Board” shouldn’t be “Sorry but you can buy one at Market” - Your waiters can make more money buy reporting to lifeguards how people don’t return for lounge chairs with towels NOT occupied, so many people would set them early and walkway not returning for hours. . - Thank you for a great time.
