The Zoetry in Cabo; The good: beautiful and small. Not a lot of walking. Great staff, all being very friendly. Comfortable rooms that are extremely quiet. The grounds are lush and colorful with many plant varieties. Exterior security is a plus. The bad: Drinks are just okay, nothing great. Tasted rather watered down. The food…ugh. I cook for my family all of the time and I use good high quality ingredients. That is what I expected from a resort in this price point. Much of the food lacked flavor and seasoning. From basic items like French fries, which were cold and soggy, to the “Italian” food,at the seaside restaurant, gummy ravioli that had flavorless filling. We were there for 4 days and I had one meal that was a little better than mediocre. Bathtub hot water did not work. Had to ask twice for iit to be looked at and they were unable to fix. So we changed rooms, which was fine, had there not been a mix up at the front desk and they tried sending us into an already occupied room. Sincere heartfelt apologies were given by staff and two 30 minute massages were comped. Had I been the individual walked in on, I would have not been happy with how unsafe that would make me feel. So all in all, a good trip, at a beautiful location, but certainly not five stars!

El hotel cumplio con mi aspectativas, aunque nunca nos dijeron que no se podian nadar en el mar, y eso para mi es importante, pero el resto estuvo bien, excepcional el SPA de otro nivel!

Alexis did an amazing job, since the first day of our week Alexis was very entertaining and enthusiastic. I loved the drinks he makes and the service he provides. Muy bueno Alexis!! The staff of the resort Zoetry were beautiful and brilliant.

Alexis was amazing. We went for the wine and cheese night. Very knowledgeable about the wines and very attentive. The property was absolutely gorgeous. All staff were great and friendly. I would definitely come back and bring others. 100% recommend.

Suar was the man! Very attentive, professional, professional, and courteous. Highly recommend his service next to Saltwater. I encountered many people during my stay and he was authentic and real which was refreshing and welcomed! Truly cherished his services and attention.

Zoëtry Casa del Mar is situated on a serene beachfront, offering breathtaking views of the Sea of Cortez. The resort exudes a tranquil and magical ambiance, making it an ideal getaway for relaxation and rejuvenation. Everyone we have encountered was professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast and pool side drinks and food were the best. Head over to the spa and see Omar for a deep tissue massage that is out of this world. Overall, Zoëtry Casa del Mar Los Cabos is a first-class destination resort that combines natural beauty, attentive service, and a tranquil atmosphere. If you’re seeking a boutique escape with stunning ocean views, this resort is definitely worth considering!

Zoëtry was incredible! The food was fantastic - and the ambiance at Saltwater was beautiful. The service was amazing. In particular Toni at Maguey bar made the best afternoon drinks and coffees in the morning. Gustavo’s espresso martinis into late night were on par! Gerarado served us at the pool all week and was kind and attentive. Luis at the pool bar made great suggestions for drinks! Get tuna Tartar (it’s like poke on guac) and Shrimp tacos! Best food we’ve had at an all inclusive. Service at restaurants could be slow at times (though still good service), but we were so relaxed we didn’t care! Bring a deck of cards. We loved every moment as this resort is super chill and low key. Bring several books and enjoy being pampered! Tip: walk down the beach for a massage. It was so relaxing, affordable and really good!! It’s been Zoëtry and Dreams. Easy walk.

Everything was amazing. The staff were so kind and helpful and spoiled us. They were the best part and of our stay ,which when you consider the room, fabulous property, views and food that says a lot!!!

Bar Maguey is a great place for drinks and a snack. Toni is a great host and bartender. Great service and great food. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend this place to everyone. Look forward to visiting again very soon. Beautiful place and very relaxing.
