Vista Encantada is absolutely beautiful! Our three bedroom residence was well appointed and we were very comfortable. Waking up to the sight and sound of the Sea every morning was incredibly calming. It was convenient to have quick access to the spa, a juice/smoothie bar, restaurant, pool, hot tub and poolside bar all in the same building! Housekeeping does an amazing job. All butler, concierge and bellman staff I worked with were kind and efficient. The entertainment staff all do a great job keeping the guests entertained. We felt very well taken care of.

My wife and I have vacationed in Cabo San Lucas on numerous occasions, but our favorite resort is the Vista Encantada. We just returned from the Vista Encantada for a 7 day stay ( April 13, through April 20th). I can't emphasize it enough how relaxing and pleasurable our stay was. This resort covers the entire spectrum when it comes to all of the amenities that it offers. Beautiful pools, spectacular views, various eating options, beautiful art and architectural design, and exceptional service. As part of your stay, you are assigned a personal butler to assist you with all of your needs. Our butler, Alejandro, provided us with exceptional service and checked in with us every morning to let us know that he was available and to ensure that we were enjoying our stay. We also visited Vist Encantada back in August of 2023 and received the same outstanding service from Humberto Milan. Although Humberto wasn't assigned as our butler during our recent stay, we saw during this visit,and he offered to assist us if needed. That's my point... all of the employees at Vista Encandata are there to make sure that you're getting the best of service. The other person who provided my wife and I with excellent service was Jared (Bellman). When we arrived to the resort, Jared greeted us with a warm smile, helped with our bags, and provided us with a welcome margarita. Lastly, but definitely not least is the service that Felipe at Las Maria's Restaurant provided. I also remembered Felipe from our previous stay August of 2023. Even more amazing, he remembered us!!! Just like all of the other employees that I previously mentioned, Felipe's service was exceptional as well. In summary, if you're looking for a resort with beauty, several amenities, and exceptional service, Vista Encantada is a great choice!

With the help of Clemente our butler at the Residences, we enjoyed 2 massages and 1 facial at Milagros Spa on our week vacation. My masseuse Santana was incredible. I would recommend those who enjoy deep tissue and firm massages to book him. He does the trick.

My family and I were here for the last week. We were up at the rooftop Atico pool for a lot of the days, and it is breathtaking up there! But what made it the best was all of the wonderful staff…and the best was Arnold who took care of us the entire time! He was so attentive and the best waiter at the pool ever! Anyone who has the opportunity to go to this resort should as for Arnold if they go to the Atico rooftop pool!

The spa facilities at Vista Encantada are excellent. I booked an 80 minute deep tissue massage on Monday and liked it so much that I booked another for Friday. Erik did a great job using hard pressure for the massage. Would absolutely recommend.

Elder Periban at the front desk and Monserrat, our private concierge, made this the most incredible mom’s getaway ever. Our private hacienda was spacious with incredible views, pool, hottub, and turndown service. All inclusive is the way to go here. The restaurants were wonderful and all very different. Pool food, especially the sushi, is not recommended. Adult drinks and dinners were exceptional. The spa was quiet and luxurious, though not all people had the same experience with our massages. Jael gave an incredible massage so I highly recommend her. Everyone that works here is eager to please and provide high quality service. Every pool was clean and had beautiful views. Pro-tip - order doubles at the pool with Alejandro (though his name tag says Alexander) - he may not remember you but he will certainly make it a good time for you! Alan at Trajinos (sp?) was our best waiter and dinner experience. Piano player at the restaurant was lovely and a great way to end the trip. The gym was clean, had all of the key equipment and buzzing in the mornings! We didn’t miss our husband or kids… we will be back next year! Sincerely, The Cool Moms

The spa is a wonderful area in the hotel with a very warm soaking pool overlooking the ocean along with a hot tub and sauna. The staff went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable and provided anything you needed. They were very friendly!

When we arrived at Vista Encantada we were immediately greeted by Alejandro who checked us in and informed us he would be our butler. He was amazing! He scheduled all of our dinner reservations made recommendations for the week and even ordered us a special margarita from the bar lobby. Throughout the week he took care of anything we needed even while we were in town we would text him for shuttle schedules etc. We stayed at Hacienda Encantada last July and thought the food was better then that’s why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars. We loved Mestizo last time but this time it was not good. Had surf and turf for dinner and it was the worst lobster I have ever had, could hardly chew it and flavorless also smallest tail I have ever had. The filet was extremely tough and way undercooked. I could not even complain to our waiter Hugo because he completely ignored us. Nobody brought us water or wine or asked us if we wanted desert! I even had to walk across the restaurant to find Hugo got get our bill. We ended up cancelling our reservation at Mestizo another night. Mestizo was great for breakfast and the service was very good. Barollo restaurant was very good experience and the food was great. Went to the barbecue buffet at Eden and enjoyed the show and the food. Riscos steakhouse was good. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool. Amazing views and the food was very good! Drinks were ok. Pablo gave us great service and was very friendly. I thought the grounds were maintained very well and of high quality. The rooftop pool needs help. The pool tile is dangerous! I cut my leg open on a sharp tile crawling into the jacuzzi area and lots of missing tiles. Overall we had a great time and would return in the future. I gave 5 stars last time but because of Mestizo I gave four stars. Vista room was much nicer than Hacienda Room. We also loved the spa.
