Excellent! Food environment and service are all good! There are four restaurants, Italian, French, Mexican and a comprehensive restaurant, all of good quality! The bar is great too!

Francisco was amazing and very antentitive while watching what we needed before we asked. He anticipated your drink needs before you even asked. I appreciate him and all the rest of the staff has been great too. Friendly and very under appreciated from the beverage/food service and zumba instruction.

This resort is top notch! We are first timers at this resort and it’s 5 star from the pillows to the grounds! The staff here are amazing. We did not go all inclusive this time, however, whenever we have done that in the past, we’ve had less than desirable trea**ent. Not this time!! I’d like to give a mention to one person in particular, Marcos! We spent most of our time at the top pool and Marcos was an outstanding server! He treated us like royalty! He is kind and compassionate and I feel like we have a lifetime friend at Villa La Valencia. We just love him! Thank you so much. We can’t wait to come back! ~Amanda and John

The hotel is beautiful and the hospitality AMAZING! Alfredo, Heriberto,Rojelio,Noe,Isaac, Adrian, and Christopher were very helpful and friendly! All of the staff went above and beyond. The food was excellent, by far some of the best I have had than at other all inclusive resorts I have visited.

The entertainment crew consisted of Fatima, Kevin and Askani were EXCELLENT. They went overboard to make our trip memorable and fun. They loved to get us involved. Their energy, manners, and great personality were amazing. All of the restaurants were staffed with personnel that treated us very well.

Our stay at Villa La Valencia in Cabo, our first time in Mexico and at an all-inclusive resort, exceeded all expectations. The services throughout the hotel are nothing short of amazing. At the front desk, Ivan and Fernanda who welcome us and explained every details about the resort. At Latitude, we were treated to outstanding service by Francisco and Susana, whose warm hospitality made us feel truly special. Chef Guadalupe's culinary skills were amazing, making every meal unforgettable. Similarly, our lunch and dinner at Taberna were superb. Arturo, the restaurant manager, provided impeccable service from start to finish, ensuring our dining experience was perfect. Even the breakfasts at El Patron were amazing -- we were so lucky being served by Cesar and Geraldo twice in the row. Our first all-inclusive experience turned out to be a delightful surprise, thanks to the exceptional staff and delicious food!

Carlos Ever at the restaurant was an amazing server! Entertaining, fun, polite, and all around excellent! He went above and beyond, so if you’re at the resort visit Carlos!! He made sure we have everything we wanted, he offered us drinks, told us what was good on the menu, etc! Loved him!

Loved! Our room was perfect. Breakfast is the meal we had most and it had everything. We had dinner on site on day and the food was delicious. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to stay again
