Piscine chauffée ce qui est assez rare aux Canaries et qui est nécessaire pour l'hiver. Notre hôtel préféré et on en a fait 8 en un mois. Personnel efficace et sympathique qui parle français (au moins à la réception).

This hotel was beyond our expectations from start to finish. From the receptionist to the dining room staff, domestic ladies, front door security guards, managers every one of the staff were really lovely. Greeted with a lovely smile & a ola. We will definitely be back hopefully by the end of the year. There was a great selection of food with lovely fresh fruit & salad every day. Tommy & Shirley. Ireland 🇮🇪

we upgraded to a seaview room on top floor for 150 euro and he gave us 2 free bbq at hollywood mirage ,,pool towels safe etc so didnt cost us anything at all really,,reception staff fab ,,hilly though but everything in room ,,hairdyer iron/board extra pillows sheets duvet ,,good shower ,,cold fridge good free wifi and aircon ,,was quiet though people around pool WEAR EAR PHONES YOU SELFISH LOT!and not everyone wants to hear your kids screaming .

Please don’t look at any pictures they show, they’re not the apar**ents for rent, they use pictures from other places not owed by them. Staff didn’t really know what they were doing most the time. If you report an issue they just ignore you, had a noisy air conditioner unit for all 7 days and they did nothing, I wasn’t the first persons to report it either. Kichen looked like it should be in a skip and bathroom units had laminate falling off. Broken tiles with nice sharp edges, great when you have bare feet. Really disappointed won’t be returning. Only bonus was a really nice restaurant right opposite the apar**ents called Taurus, brilliant food and great staff.

Room wasnt too bad. Tv didnt work and the kitchen had lots of little bugs on the counters and in the microwave. We had breakfast on the first day and it was all cold. Not what you expect when paying €12 each! Pool area was nice and clean and the staff were all pleasant. Grounds are kept well.

Wow. What a lucky find. Superb apar**ents with such friendly staff. Great bar and great food too at reasonable prices. Even have a happy hour (2 hours to be exact) The apar**ents are huge with everything needed for self catering. Kettle, toaster, microwave etc They supply washing up liquid, dish scrub which is a great help. Bathroom has shampoo and shower gel too Reception staff were so friendly and always laughing and joking and always willing to g to help with anything. We had issues with air conditioning which was fixed quickly and efficiently. Yes the walk up the hill is challenging but think of the calories you burn after the lovely cold beers We will be back.

Super gepflegte Apar**entanlage in guter Lage! Sauber, ordentlich und empfehlenswert. Wir hatten ein Apartement mit Meerblick in erster Reihe. Nicht mehr die neueste Ausstattung, aber in einem topp Zustand, sogar mit Backofen und großem Kühlschrank. Auch bei Beanstandungen hat man sich sofort darum gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We paid £300 for 4 nights and we got breakfast with that. So good value I thought. The rooms are basic we had to pay a extra €5 per night when we got there to get a bit of a pool view as we were put in a room looking straight onto someone else’s door. The breakfast was satisfactory. The bar and bar food appeared quite expensive but there are plenty of bars and restaurants surrounding it, without too far to walk ( most also have entertainment) the pools are clean and plenty of sun beds. All in all, we would stay again if the price was right as it was just a base, as the rest of the areas are so cheap to eat and drink out. The bed was very hard and luckily I had read on here that you could request a mattress topper… that was promptly on the bed when we got back in… that made all the difference
