Reception staff are friendly. There are nice beaches around the hotel and many good restaurants. One 500ml bottle of mineral water is provided free of charge. There are refrigerators, hair dryers, wardrobes, air conditioners, and electric kettles. You can sit on the balcony and relax. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Swimming pool and gym available.

Perfect location. Lovely staff. Love to return after the refurbishment. Nice quiet pool & roof terrace overlooking the bay. Waiter service if required. Only downside was our room directly below the kitchen which opened at 6am. But we just had a daily siesta

Best location, excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk. Bars and cafes to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Beach five minutes on foot.

This hotel is lovely, it is very centrally located. Staff are so friendly and helpful, they really treat everyone very well. The pool is nice on the rooftop and the rooms are clean with some nice traditional touches. We couldn’t fault it and would definitely return!

The hotel is beautiful and feels like there's a lot of history to it. The room was clean and we both loved the charm, and the location, close to both the pier for the ferries and the beach. We both loved the hotel, but I must highlight your concierge Rodolfo. When we were checking out my wife had left her purse with our passports in the bathroom of the reception level. My wife and I had to catch a ferry to La Palma in 30 minutes when she realized where it was. By then we were at the pier. She called the front desk while I ran back to the hotel and Rodolfo picked up. My wife was of course nervous because of everything in her purse aside from our passports. Rodolfo kept her calm and on the line, and immediately got my wife's purse and put it in the locked box in the reception. He had also been keeping an eye on the lobby so he knew that no one else had used that bathroom since my wife had used it. He also helped to calm her down. When I arrived running back he immediately gave me her purse and reassured us that everything was ok. Indeed it was and I was able to run back and catch the ferry on time. The staff at this hotel is amazing and definitely its best asset, and Rodolfo is at the top. Gracias Rodolfo! Hasta la proxima!

Second visit to this hotel. Best place to stay in Los Cristianos for a quiet, relaxing holiday in such a convenient location. Staff are so helpful and pleasant. Love the art deco glass throughout the hotel. Breakfasts are excellent, with a choice of cooked or continental.

Purtroppo non siamo rimaste molto contente del reveron Plaza. La prima sera abbiamo trovato una blatta in bagno, abbiamo chiamato e ci hanno riso in faccia. Ci siamo arrangiate. Il giorno dopo abbiamo segnalato che la ventilazione del bagno non funzionava, ci hanno risposto "allora si vede che non funziona". Insomma, poco propensi ad andare incontro al cliente. La location è buona e comoda. Struttura datata. Bagno vecchiotto e tutto "scassato". Colazione ok ma anche lì poco disponibili per es. a fare un pancake. Le uova sì ma i pancake no. Non ci tornerei, anche se il prezzo era buono.

The pool is freezing,can not really use it as it needs heating. The maid stoke my wife's Christian Dior eye brow gel from the room,never in 30 years has this happened to us attending the Reveron Hotel . No atmosphere bar service or pool bar service . Such a shame for this much loved hotel.
