Tuve la oportunidad de alojarme en Arona Gran Hotel, de la Cadena Spring para asistir al Foro de Futurismo 2024 que se celebraba en el Auditorio cercano. Es ideal por su proximidad, pero también por los servicios que ofrece: NO DEFRAUDAN lo más mínimo. Desde la atención en la recepción, la limpieza y calidez de las habitaciones, hasta su oferta gastronómica... ¡¡¡vaya buffet que tienen!!! . Espero poder volver a disfrutar de su hospitalidad más antes que tarde. Felicidades a la Dirección por tener unos estándares tan elevados. GRACIAS

Another great stay at spring hotel Arona grand in the up!. So much so we had to rebook for September, Antony & Stephanie provide a personal service when we had any issues going above & beyond, Food drink & the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent, We really do enjoy our time in the up! It’s a great experience worth every penny. Thank you again Arona Grand for a lovely stay.

Just had a week in this fantastic hotel. Got a classy feel as soon as you enter, beautiful reception area, friendly staff making check in comfortable. Nice rooms,fridge included, pool area very attractive, jacuzzi pool brilliant, all pools heated also.plenty sunbeds to go round,no problem. Quality of food at breakfast and dinner a real highlight, spot on, including the offer of a glass of fizz at breakfast, first time I've come across that. Location fine, a couple of minutes walk to sandy beach, about a mile into las Americas. All in all a fantastic find and would return here in a heartbeat

Our 5th time in this excellent hotel. Again a wonderful holiday, with one exception. The waiting staff in the bar and pool restaurant are to be commended , a big thank you to Soto and his colleagues who gave exemplary service despite dealing with many guests. Food and entertainment as ever very good and the hotel is exceptionally clean.No complaints whatsoever: However the holiday was somewhat tainted when a sum of money went missing from our room. Most of our cash cards and valuables were in the safe however I left a few notes in the drawer for incidental purchases in the supermarket across the road. This sum went missing from the Drawer on Sunday last,which was disappointing. I reported it to reception. It was my responsibility to ensure it was put in the safe, however it put a shadow over what had been a great holiday. This won't put me off returning to the hotel, as I would not allow the actions of one individual to impact on holidaying in one of the best hotels in Tenerife, and I plan to return.

Another excellent stay at the Arona Grand . Facilities and service excellent .Food selection and quality as ever very good . Food could be a bit warmer on the buffet . The pool waiter service is poor with only one waiter walking the area at occasional intervals . Seem to have the staff on duty but not covering service around the pool . Cleaning staff occasionally unable to clean the room each day . On the whole an excellent stay with friendly staff . Keep improving

Ontbijt en diner nog nooit zo goed geweten : zeer uitgebreid, afwisselend, smaakvol! Top! Personeel overal heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk, enkel bepaalde personeelsleden aan de receptie konden wat vriendelijker. Zwembadaccomodatie was top! Omgeving rustig, voldoende ligbedjes, zalig genieten! Prijs van de dranken zijn dik ok. De kamer : geen omgevingslawaai, perfecte bedden...zalig geslapen. Overal vloer ipv stoffen vloerbekleding is een pluspunt. De kamer waar wij verbleven was wel aan renovatie toe. En een minpuntje was de netheid van de kamer : flesadrukken in de koelkast van vorige gasten; stoflvlokken die enkele dagen bleven liggen... Tip : papieren zakdoekjes op de badkamer 😉. Maar dit gaat er ons niet van weerhouden om terug te keren. Uiteindelijk verblijf je daar niet om op de kamer te zitten maar om te genieten van hotel en omgeving ! We komen graag volgend jaar terug 😊

The Up experience at the Arona Gran Tenerife is excellent so chilled just what you want food and drink good branded spirits always nice .Views lovely and pool choices nice .UP Rooms have lovely views great sunsets.The buffet there was good evening and breakfast lots of choice and good choice of freshly.made delicious

Great hotel and facilities but not very helpful reception staff. We had made the hotel aware that my wife could not use the lift and whilst we appreciate (at this hotel) that you cannot reserve a specific room we simply asked for a low floor. On arrival we were told that there was no available rooms below floor 6, it was not so much the fact that our communication had been ignored but the attitude of the staff, the shrugging of shoulders and “what do you want us to do”. No empathy, no concern just walk up 6 flights of stairs and come back tomorrow and we’ll see what we can do. In addition the complimentary taxi service from the airport was not bookable so we were forced to join the very long queues for over an hour. Not really what you’d expect from a 5 star hotel. This was our 5th visit here. This time we’re staying elsewhere.
