Paradise Park Fun Lifestyle Hotel

Loved the hotel, highly recommend. The staff were the nicest at any hotel i’ve ever been too which made the stay so much better. The staff left a bottle of Prosecco out when i had left birthday decorations out for his bday which was lovely. The food was good, my boyfriend is gluten free and all food was labelled with what was in it and they even had a separate menu you could ask about which was great! The pools in the actual hotel were slightly colder but at the leisure park next door they were warm enough. It is a slight walk from the beach, but the minibus they offer helps a lot as it can becoming tiring. The rooms were always super clean and visited everyday. We had the all inclusive package which is well worth it, with a great selection of drinks. Would definitely recommend and say this is the best service i’ve ever had from a hotel !

Staff are friendly kind and helpful couldn’t ask for a better stay and all the food and drink were on point espicailly the churros

The mini club is very good, brilliant staff especially Alessandra. Will definently be coming back. Allesandra is the best! The activities are also really good and fun. You should come to this club if you are looking for some child friendly experienced staff.

Very good customer service, friendly and helpful. Spa is excellent- great massage and manicure and nail treatment: also very accommodating to us. Good pools open from 9am, great one in the club open from 10am. Avoid the bacon at breakfast as its not good.

Just returned from a week at Paradise Park and overall we were fairly impressed! The hotel itself is spotless and the housekeeping was superb with fresh towels for each guest every day. We stayed in a junior suite in the annexe area of the hotel which was away from the main hotel building and we cannot fault it at all. We had our 3 year old and 6 month old with us and we never had an issue with noise. The room was pretty much sound proof. The area was quite lively with lots of bars and restaurants a short walk from the hotel along with a big supermarket for any essentials. We had the half board package and after paying a fair bit for a beer, Sprite and bottle of water on our first night at tea, we opted to choose the drinks package offered to half board guests which allows 2 drinks per person for €3.90pp/ per day. I wouldn’t bother with this service as instead of getting the decent drinks from bottles that you get if you pay, you’re just given a small glass and the drinks from the vender that the AI guests use. Not value for money at all. The food overall was decent with mostly something for everyone. A different choice of meat or fish cooked fresh on certain days for tea with a lovely salad bar with cold meats, and there was always pizza and pasta options. The puddings weren’t great but there was usually a chocolate fountain with profiteroles if you’ve got a sweet tooth. Breakfast was our favourite, with a decent variety. Your standard fry up bits as well as cereals, pastries, yogurt, fruit with an omelette station too. We only used the smaller pool at the hotel as the bigger pool was away from the main hotel area which was slightly odd. The pool area was clean and had plenty of sun loungers available. No morning rush to reserve beds which is always nice. Plenty of entertainment around the pool to keep the kids (and some adults) entertained. The hotel is roughly 1 mile away from the beach and they provide a minibus service every half an hour which takes about 5 minutes. The area where the hotel is situated is quite hilly. It’s all downhill to the beach and takes around 20 minutes to walk. The walk back is quite the workout but it’s doable if you’re up to it, but you may want to opt for the bus back if you’ve got smaller children or older members of the family. The bus does get busy though so you may be waiting up to an hour if you don’t get on first time. We would have preferred better access to the hotel grounds with gates you could use with your key card. There was one at the rear of the hotel near our room but was only available 9-5 Mon-Fri, otherwise you had to walk up the hill to main reception (floor 2) to get the lift or stairs down to our room or the pool (floor 0). We very much enjoyed our stay and we would happily return to Paradise Park Hotel in the future!

Our first visit to the Paradise and from the minute we arrived to the time we left 10 days later we never stopped enjoying our time here. Great location for bars, restaurants and shopping Fabulous staff at all levels and locations of the hotel with special mentions to Lorena and David who made our stay a memorable one and not forgetting Excellent food with a massive selection for Breakfast Lunch and Dinner for everyones taste Ghofran,A very talented Lady in many ways and her small team who introduced us to the “Amigos in Paradise club” which is the icing on the cake for an already great hotel and holiday location Amazing Suite and that extra touch in every area which we are already considering for another 10 days this time next year 4.9!out of 5 for us
