In short the Hotel is just OK, nothing great, nothing bad. Food was good, something for everyone, rooms clean, try and get a sea view otherwise you'll be looking at a car park, As you would expect the hotel bar is expensive, But bar's right outside charging cheap prices, location Los Cristianos nice little area.

Beautiful arrival welcome from receptionists Liana. Relaxing and enjoyable short break. Rooms clean and fresh towels daily. All staff smiling and welcoming. More than enough sun lounges. Location great. Opposite the mini golf. Really enjoyed the 4 night break. We will be back. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

We have stayed here many times and the hotel does not disappoint. We stay in a superior room with an extended balcony l. The free daily gifts are lovely. The welcome bottle in the room use to be champagne but this year was down graded to a Prosecco. Fine for the down grade but cava would be a nicer touch. The breakfast selection is vast, as is the evening buffet meal options. Plus chefs on hand to cook you something fresh too. The daily bottled water in the room has been replaced with a free water machine with recycled plastic cups. Or fill you own bottle, nice. Always clean and the staff are friendly. A wonderful stay.

Superb hotel, Eva & Andres are simply the best. Looking forward to seeing them next year.

An excellent hotel , spotlessly clean , and all the staff were so friendly and helpful . We stayed bed and breakfast and were very impressed with the breakfast choices. We also lunched one day in the restaurant and that was absolutely beautiful . With plenty of sunbeds for the day time, and entertainment each evening , we thought our stay was excellent value . We’d come again .

Second time within a year at this small and very friendly hotel. Reception staff are all very friendly and attentive from the moment you arrive , till you leave. Special shout out to the member of the reception staff with the ponytail (dd not catch his name) . He was a shining example of how hotel staff should interact with the guests. He could not do enough for us , even taking my wifes suitcase up the "small" hill from the front door to the pick up point. He is a credit t0 H10 hotels. The housekeeping staff were excellent and really keep the place very clean whilst not getting in the way. The same applies to the restaurant and bar staff, very professional and customer focussed at all times. The rooms are smallish but have everything you could ask for with the exception of one thing, namely USB charging ports. I could not find one anywhere in the hotel. H10 hotels have some free things for guests which they dont tell them about and you find out by pure chance. 1: Free tea and coffee with cookies between 3pm and 4pm in the small coffee cafe next to reception. Really appreciated and should be used more. 2: Free use of a room behind the reception for showering and changing in before you leave and after you have checked out (if available as it is a wheelchair accessible room) 3: Two relatively small and quiet rooftop areas with super sunbeds. Why they dont open till 11am is strange though. Overall it is nice to have a quiet , small and friendly hotel with easy access to the centre of the resort.
