just had a fantastic 10 days at the H10 Big Sur in Los Christianos could not fault the Hotel it was clean , plenty of choice with the food. staff was really good had a good laugh with some of them, all were friendly. good show on a night, because we were late getting in on our first night they even provided us with a lovely cold meat/cheese salad and wine in our rooms for us. would recommend this for adults. beds were changed every two to three days was great

Currently staying for the week, would have liked a sea facing room, tried to request one long time prior but got nowhere. Staff are wonderful, really quite exceptional. Downside no guide to hand for facilities, you can scan a app but I struggle with those. Only just by chance saw it had ping pong . Meals are not great...Brussesproats in the breakfast buffet...last night's I'm guessing. The buffets are a massive let down.

Lovely Hotel amazing staff ,but do not spend too long having lunch in the cactus bar eating and spending money as they will put a notice on your sunbed saying you have spent too long away from your sunbeds .I did not think 45mins was excessive considering that you have to order your food wait for it to be cooked. And eat it

The hotel well located and the meals are very good, service is excellent. Generally a really good hotel but if you like watching UK tv you will be disappointed as none of the channels are working very well. Coffee and free water are provided daily and the rooms are maintained to a high standard

I stayed at this hotel last week solo in room 116. I picked this hotel originally as it's at the seafront/harbour so easier to pop out through the gate etc rather than trekking up the hills and glad I did! I had a sea view room which was nice, it is overlooking the bar/restaurant, rather than the pool. Definitely glad i went for the sea view room. The following was provided in the hotel so don't bother packing them: Pool towels, shower etc towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, handwash, body lotion, toothbrush, shower cap, sewing kit, tissues, a shaver. You get a bottle of water every day complementary. There is a mini bar in your room which is restocked each day - prices are reasonable really (EUR2.50 or so per item). Bed is comfy, lots of pillows which is nice. TV has BBC, the radio etc. About 5 hangers in each wardrobe. You get given a wristband on day 1, then wear this to pay for drinks then pay your tab at reception when you check out (or can do this daily I think). Bar drinks are reasonably priced. I had a mojito daily, ice creams, shandy etc, stuff out the mini bar and my bill was only 81EUR when i checked out (a week stay)- not too bad! Cocktails are around 7EUR. There is a mini clothes airer on the balcony (around 5 items) and also a low table and chairs. If possible try to get the sea view front rooms as they get sun on them on the 2nd floor! I definitely recommend sea view rooms even if its on other floors though. Floors 3-7 have smaller balconies, but better views as you go upwards. Floor 1 balconies are quite big, but pool side the sun doesn't reach them very well (which is why 2nd is best!) Floor 8 looks like a good floor to stay on, which is the top floor. Also it's where the rooftop chill out area is with sunbeds etc, less sound up there. The pool has aqua aerobics and various other pool fitness sessions you can take part in if you want to, but not too many - 1 or 2 a day max. Sunbed wise... the guards basically kick you off your bed if you put towels down but then don't return within a certain period of time - this stops those morning bed hoggers so much appreciated! This is the RIGHT thing to do! If you do get a sunbed then for morning sun you need to be located on the bar side, for afternoon sun best to be located on the opposite side. Evening entertainment is provided for a couple of hours each night in the bar, generally sounds quite good. Food in the hotel is really nice, as standard every night you can ask for pasta or stirfries etc of your choice the chefs make it in front of you, then there's loads of food selections to pick from. Then usually do like "meals of the day" and alternate these from the chefs - you pick meat etc. Breakfast is full variety of fruit/breads/yoghurts/fry ups/omelette bar etc. The only thing i would say but i don't think it can be helped really - it can get quite loud early morning / late at night, both within the hotel and from the horns of the ships etc at certain p

We have just returned from a weeks stay at this beautiful hotel. We were a party of four, my husband and I along with our two adult children. My sons birthday occurred whilst we were there, our lovely maid Silvia left balloons and sweets, and on returning from being out a cake and a bottle of Moët had been delivered to the room. We had two deluxe sea view rooms, next door to one another. These have huge balconies that capture the sun from after lunch right into the evening. The views are stunning. The hotel is centrally located, we went HB and the breakfast and evening meals were great. The hotel bar is not expensive, and all the staff cannot do enough for you. We received a daily gift to the room, it had us all guessing what we would get next, along with Moët on arrival. Daily Lindt chocolates also delivered. From start to end we had a great stay, would return in a heartbeat! Rooms are beautiful, so sad to be home. Thank you to all the staff, especially our lovely maid Silvia

Lovely hotel. Reception staff we're very good in accommodating in making sure my mum was next door to us. Food was average for 4 star hotels. They could accommodate more by having a gluten-free station made, so you do not need to keep asking every day. Also, there should be more choices for vegetarians. Rooms were very clean. Felt bathroom doors could do with a lick of paint, hooks behind door to hang clothes towels, etc. All the staff are very good and would certainly visit again.

Just come back from 9 days H10 Big Sur found room shabby needed a bit of tlc didn’t pay for sea view because was a lot more expensive not just a couple of hundred extra but was treated different nothing left in the room as a treat like others did . Food was not great unless you like Bull tails or Ox’s cheek and food which we did pick at was taste less . No good red wine in the bar just house wine . Entertainment there was only 2 nights where it was ok rest of the nights was so bad had to come out . All in all bit disappointed for how much this hotel charges .

Några dagar i turistvirvlarna.
