The hotel is perfectly situated for amazing lake views. The staff is friendly, breakfast was very tasty, and the rooms are comfy and cozy. The reason it's not a 5-star review is (1) they failed to service our room one of the three days we were there and (2) there were some condition issues of the hotel grounds - the hot tub was questionable at best and the dock on the lake was dangerously weathered. Despite that, I would recommend.

Espectacular lugar. Lindísimas las habitaciones que tienen una vista espectacular y hasta el hidromasaje del baño tiene vista al lago! Todo funcionaba perfecto. La relación precio calidad es muy buena. El desayuno es acotado, pero todo es de muy buena calidad. La atención excelente. Solo hay algunos detalle de falta de mantenimiento en la bajada a la orilla del lago con un muelle que esta medio caido. Un detalle que me paso es que las llaves de luz es muy dificil poder pulsarlas. Estan en una caja para tres pero como las tres posiciones son iguales y en una sola esta la tecla, generalmente se pasa un tiempo hasta que se le puede emboca y prender

Fuimos por nuestra luna de miel y fue una experienca maravillosa. La atencion fue excepcional, las instalaciones muy cuidadas y el desayuno muy completo. Actualmente tiene servicio de restaurant, solo que no estaba habilitado cuando fuimos Recomiendo al 100%

Excelente hotel, con una magnifica unicación frente al lago. Personal muy atento y muy buen desayuno. La habitación cuadruple era comodísima para la familia y contaba con un enorme balcón y sillita tipo columpio. Quizas el aseo sería lo unico que recomendaría mejorar, había algo de polvo y afuera algunas telas de araña que pedí que sacaran.

cet hôtel ce classe très justement dans ce qu'il est convenu d'appeler boutique hôtel. Nous l'avons trouvé absolument charmant avec un personnel véritablement aux petits soins : j'aimerais en particulier citer Paulo à la réception d'une très grande gentillesse avec un vrai sens du service et Fernando au restaurant, charmant et d'une grande compétence en matière de vins. Notre chambre très grande était très confortable, vraiment avec en plus d'une bonne literie, un canapé et deux grand fauteuils où il était si agréable de s'asseoir. Mais le mieux est à venir : une véritable terrasse avec une vue à couper le souffle et à l'intérieur de la chambre une grande cheminée dans laquelle nous avons eu la joie de faire le merveilleux feu de bois. Petit déjeuner très agréable même si sans originalité mais il est vrai que tous les hôtels d'Argentine semblent offrir rigoureusement les mêmes produits... au moins ici ils étaient de qualité

No se quien pone las estrella a un hotel pero 4 estrella le queda grande . Es con fuerza un TRES estrella . Lo único espectacular es la vista. Pero en verana a la tarde no se puede disfrutar por la orientación , el sol da de frente y hay que tener todas las cortinas cerradas por el calor . El aire es insuficiente . El spa es un “ chiste “ el Hidromasaje es solo una pileta de agua caliente . Salen unos chorros de agua que solo hacen un poco de burbuja . Y las maderas del deck están que lo rodea están en cuestionable condiciones . La pileta exterior es fría por la altura está helada el agua .

Hotel está num local espetacular na beira do lago. O quarto é completo e muito espaçoso.
Destaque pra varanda e pra hidro do banheiro com vista pro lago.
Só achei que algumas áreas como
Academia e piscina poderiam estar melhor cuidadas.
O café da manhã muito bom e completo.
