Es la primera vez que acudimos a este Sol Melia y nos ha encantado. Ruben, Nelson y Rosi con su agradable y atento trato al cliente le dan otra categoría el hotel. Aunque hemos pasado la mayoría del tiempo fuera, descubriendo la isla, queremos mencionar la simpatía del equipo de animación. Queremos destacar la calidad y variedad de los alimentos y lo cuidado que estaba el buffet tanto de desayuno como de cena. En cuanto a las instalaciones, nuestro apartamento con vistas al mar estaba genial. Nos ha encantado ver los atardeceres en la piscina con la agradable música del DJ o del saxo. No tanto los espectáculos de la piscina, un poco de la era de las mamachichos.

He estado alojada en los apartamentos Sol La Palma del 10 al 16 de julio y la estancia ha sido maravillosa. El hotel ha estado cerrado varios meses por la pandemia y es palpable todo el esfuerzo realizado por el personal para la reapertura. Los apartamentos son amplios, reformados y cuentan con todas las comodidades. Las instalaciones son un auténtico remanso de paz, la higiene es pormenorizada y cuenta con un excelente equipo con ganas de agradar. Perfecto para viajar solo o acompañado. La isla de La Palma es maravillosa y en Puerto Naos tienes prácticamente garantizado el buen clima. Gracias por hacernos disfrutar de unas vacaciones fantásticas. Es la segunda vez que me alojo y volveré seguro!

Sol bestaat uit twee delen. Het hotel en de appartementen. Beide gebruiken de zelfde voorzieningen, zoals het zwembad. Wij verbleven in een appartement met een geweldig uitzicht op zee en het dorp. Nadeel was het buitenterras van het restaurant pal naast ons appartement.
Opmerkelijk: voor badlakens betaal je een borg van EUR20. Nog opmerkelijker: voor een wissel van badlaken betaal je 1 Euro!!!!
Appartement wordt niet elke dag schoongemaakt als onderdeel van de service.

Repetimos en este hotel en familia, y esta vez la animación nos pareció fantástica, sobre todo Juanka. Enhorabuena a todo el equipo, Ana y Miri… El bar SALADO con SUSI, y todos los compañeros, el amigo RONNY por supuesto, nos hicieron la estancia magnífica. El lugar y la compañía hicieron el resto!!!!

Hemos pasado una semana alojados en los apartamentos. Limpieza estupenda y el apartamento recién reformado. El personal (desde limpieza, cocina, recepción... Todos todos) estupendo y muy muy agradable.... Rosi muchas gracias La comida muy buena y variada en el bufet, lo único malo que encontramos en el restaurante es que las bebidas hay que pagarlas aparte y los precios son un poco altos, es lo único malo que encontramos. La animación para los niños estupenda, gracias a Ana, Juanca, Christian...... Perdón si me dejo alguno pero todos ellos son encantadores y mis hijos quedaron encantados con todo ellos. Los socorristas muy amables y las piscinas muy buenas. En general muy contenta con la semana que hemos pasado.

Acabamos de pasar una semana y un día en la isla. El hotel nos parece una buena opción para la idea que teníamos de recorrer la isla y hacer excursiones y caminatas. Muy buena ubicación en una zona tranquila y con conexión para recogida de empresas de excursiones. Bien las piscinas, playa con acceso desde el hotel y desayuno variado. El personal, atento y servicial. Muy recomendable.
