We went to celebrate 6 years of marriage at Fasano Las Piedras, and we couldn't have chosen a better place, we already knew other hotels in the chain, and I confess that this one managed to surprise us positively, cinematic structure, incredible views and restaurants to eat and pray. It's only famous because the service is terrible! We went there after a visit to the Garzón winery, which was spectacular. We sat at the bar, I ordered a drink, the attendant, with visible reluctance, took a while to make the order. After half an hour, without a drink on the table or any explanation for why I was late, I left. Detail: the prices charged are exorbitant! Almost everything is charged in dollars!!!! Never!

The hotel has an imposing architecture that does not tire the senses. The room has a large bathroom, new towels, good shower, extremely comfortable bed, high quality woodwork, excellent coffee machine and impeccable cleanliness. Gym with all the necessary items for a good training session. The golf cart system allowed for us to move around on our own is wonderful for our comfort and privacy. Extremely polite and competent receptionists. The cleaning staff are not a nuisance because they don't make noise and are rarely seen, although they do an excellent job. Every night we received a sweet treat in the room and everyone was wonderful. We had lunch at the restaurant and the food was great. The breakfast is DELICIOUS. We ordered several repeated items over the two days of our stay and saw a standard of quality, that is, in addition to being tasty, they were also made exactly the same way. Fresh seasonal fruits, wonderful sweets, perfect scrambled eggs and an unforgettable dulce de leche pancake. The property is beautiful. We left the hotel satisfied with our stay but with the certainty that everything was part of something bigger: Fasano quality. We will return to this and all the others on the network. Congratulations to those involved in serving the guest with such mastery.

We loved the hotel, from the impeccable service, the comfortable room, the wonderful shower, the cozy bed. The locanda restaurant is great for lunch and the Fasano restaurant for dinner. Breakfast very varied but I would recommend including some sugar-free gels and white cheese options. Other than that, everything was perfect!
