Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel à la fois simple et qui présente à tous les avantages, un parfait mélange entre situation géographique (loin des foules du sud), fonctionnalité (ce n'est pas seulement une chambre, c'est un appartement avec terrasse), vues (nous avions une vue mer avec le coucher du soleil), la piscine, la location de super vélos et bien sûr l'extraordinaire amabilité du personnel qui nous a grandement facilité les vacances. Mille mercis à Yolanda et Albana de la réception, le personnel de cuisine tout particulièrement Carlos et Raúl (mon conjoint est sévèrement allergique au gluten et nous avons été servis comme des rois, tout a été pensé pour lui permettre de rester en bonne santé), et le personnel de ménage (notamment Yolanda de l'équipe ménage, qui a très bien pris soin de notre cocon durant cette semaine magique à Tenerife). J'espère à bientôt !

Perfect location for lots of hiking and running routes. The hotel is clean and has great facilities, pool, gym and onsite laundry for a few euros. Parking is hard to come by although there are places to park on the street, it is pretty busy and we ended up with a scuff on the hire car on the first morning return to the car where someone had obviously tried to park behind us but failed! Food was good but the options are LIMITED! Usually only 2 mains each night one veggie, one not.

It's my first review. First it was necessary to change the room because the view into the wall was not ideal. But at the reception they very quickly managed to find me an amazing room with both pool and ocean views. Thanks Albana so much :-). From that moment on everything was amazing. Breakfast offered many options (fresh fruit, cheese, porridge, vegetables...) and dinner was also very tasty. A gym with a lot of machines and not many people. And it was a short drive everywhere, especially to the amazing hike to Pico del Teide. Thank you again so much to all the hotel staff you were amazing and thanks to you I still have a lot of energy from Tenerife a week after my holiday.

Clean and great breakfast. I loved the cultural books in the reading area. Front staff were awesome! I was a little worried about a WiFi issue. There were two accounts and one asked for some personal info. I then realized it was the wrong one, but I thought it was shady almost like a malicious wifi access point. I asked the front staff and they explained one of them was their old one and not to worry. Just be careful when setting up your wifi. Thought I’d share that because it caused me some anxiety.

Me regalaron en Junio 2023 un bono de pass day para dos personas con desayuno incluido, llamo en ese mismo mes y me dicen que han vendido muchos bonos y que aunque en el bono ponga que se vence en Agosto, que no me preocupe que llame mas adelante que no caduca porque lo han ampliado las fechas debido a la gran venta que han hecho, en el mes de Octubre vuelvo a llamar e indico que en los fines de semana de ese mes no voy a poder asistir por motivos laborales y me comentan que me despreocupe que eso no caduca, desde el pasado 15 de diciembre llevo llamando sin exito y hoy 5 de enero por bastante insistir me lo cogen y otra persona diferente a la que siempre me lo cogía, me dice que no, que eso ya caducó.mediante esta opinión quiero que quede reflejado que por parte del hotel me han dado largas desde el primer momento que llamé hasta que finalmente me comentan que ya caducó, estafa??

The room was extremely clean and the small kitchen had everything you need, except an electrical outlet. If you want to use the kettle or coffee maker you have to place them on the living room floor because kitchen's only plug is on a awkward place. We knew that there wouldn't be AC on the room, but because bedroom's window opened into a hallway the air in the room was musty and way too hot (even when using a fan provided by the hotel). As a light sleepers we were happy to find out that on the evenings and nights there was hardly any noise coming from outside or nearby rooms. The breakfast was pretty good and could be even better if they served something else besides the instant Nescafe. The location of the hotel is great If you're looking for a peaceful holiday but be prepared to hire a car or use money on a taxi, because everything is a small hike away.
