Terrible place, I have stayed here multiple times for business and I am very displeased. I have had issues with the electronic door code on three different stays (to enter the room/hotel). They do not have anyone on the property to assist you after hours, so your stuck waiting on them to come assist you if you have an issue. The room does not have any heated control so I froze in the room. The toilet leaks so it will always be running and they will bill you for flooding because of their faulty equipment. Lastly, the light from outside prevents you from getting a decent nights rest because it is too bright in the room. My stays were so bad that I had demanded my employer move me to another hotel. The management is bad, STAY AWAY!!!

I made reservations for members of my family for their stay during our Holiday get-together. Check-in and out was easy, as they all arrived at different times. They were all so impressed with the history of the The Mason and it’s beautiful restoration. It is, indeed, a beautiful little gem in Northeast Mississippi!

We stayed at the location for the weekend and attended an event in their ballroom. The rooms were squeaky clean with so much design and detail. The building was beautifully decorated. The ballroom was very nice and spacious. It was very elegant. Heather and Lisa were so pleasant and made sure our stay was great. Also, the complimentary drinks and snacks were perfect. This is definitely a 5 Star Boutique. I cannot wait to stay here again.

My husband I stayed at the Mason hotel this past weekend for a last minute trip to see family. I could not love this place more!! Bravo to the designer and stylist for this place it was amazing and such a quaint setting and a great price! I have always had to drive to Starkville and it was just for a decent, clean, basic hotel but not anymore...I will be back!! This place is very relaxing, clean and has a luxurious feel. so happy I found the Mason Hotel my kids are going to love it too!
