I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my recent experience at your establishment. My wife and I had planned a much-needed dinner and day spa getaway to escape the stress of our daily lives. However, from the moment we arrived, things began to go wrong. Firstly, despite having made a reservation for a specific room, we were informed at the front desk that we were being "upgraded" due to availability. To a room that I had specifically chosen and paid for the room we had reserved. To make matters worse, when we returned to our room after dinner at Bobs, we discovered that the main shower head was not functioning. This was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient, as we were looking forward to relaxing and refreshing ourselves after a long day. The next morning, our disappointment continued when my wife woke up at 6:30 am feeling extremely ill and proceeded to vomit. We strongly suspect that it was a result of the dinner we had the night before at your establishment. This not only ruined our morning but also raised concerns about the quality and safety of the food served. To add insult to injury, when we finally decided to order room service at 9:00 am, we had to wait until 10:15am to receive our food. And even then, the food was barely warm. This delay and subpar quality further added to our growing frustration and dissatisfaction with our experience. Furthermore, despite having booked an extended stay until 4:00 pm and placing a "do not disturb" sign on our door, we were disturbed by housekeeping service around 11:00 am, reminding us that our check-out time was nearing. This intrusion and lack of respect for our privacy was completely unacceptable. Finally, when I reached out to the front desk to inquire about obtaining a ginger ale for my wife, I was informed that I could either visit the store or contact room service. After waiting for an hour and a half for our food, the last thing I wanted to do was call room service again. Overall, my wife and I had hoped for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway, but instead, we were met with a series of disappointments and frustrations. The issues we encountered, from the room upgrade confusion to the malfunctioning shower, the food delay, the illness, and the lack of respect for our privacy, have left us feeling extremely dissatisfied with our experience. We had expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail from your establishment.
