The front desk staff were friendly, and the hotel is in a great location close to the freeway, shopping and restaurants. Regarding the room itself, while it seemed clean, the blackout curtains didn't close all the way on either set of windows, and there was close to zero water pressure in both sinks.

This is a very popular hotel in a busy area. It's easy to walk from the RI to a major mall and several restaurants. It's a quick exit off the highway, however, you will not hear any highway noise in your room. It's a reasonable drive to downtown and the airport from the RI. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and the breakfast options are good.

Julie Sanders the sales manager was absolutely fantastic. She even followed up with a call and gave me her business card if I had any issues or needed anything in the future. The staff was friendly and always smiling. Great experience.

I don’t know where to begin! First, it is not advertised, but this Residence Inn offers FREE dinner on weekdays, which includes beer, wine, water and soft drinks! From the management to the kitchen staff to the cleaning staff, EVERYONE takes pride in their work. My wife and I were there for an extended stay. We felt like we were part of the Inn family. No request was met with a “no.” If I could give it more than five stars, I would!

We stayed with a group for a wedding weekend and the staff was so accommodating. The facility itself was nice and upgraded, our room was an excellent size as well as clean. The breakfast was delicious and the dining area was spacious for our spacious for our whole group. Each and every staff member greeted us and we’re so kind. Cliff and Brittany were especially helpful. Would highly recommend staying here if you are in the area.

This place was the best hotel I’ve stayed in …. check in was fast and pleasant . Turquoise was the nicest concierge. She went out of her way to answer questions and accommodate us during our one night stay . Everyone was friendly , the room was awesome . Clean, comfortable, and quiet . I will definitely be back if I visit Louisville again .
