Stayed there last week me and my family. We had a great time. We would also like to thank Mr. Kevin. He was amazing at telling us places where to go eat and showing us around the hotel. He recommended us go to sports and social on fourth Street live they have the best nachos ever We got half chicken half beef that’s the way to go

Loved it! Like being on a land based cruise ship. Staff went above and beyond in service constantly. Our valet, Kevin, was so very helpful to us as I am handicapped. No one made me feel a burden and it was such a wonderful experience.

Faris in valet and Shanette at the front desk made this a wonderful trip. They provided me top-notch problem-solving in customer service. I would definitely come back because of the staff. Amazing people amazing hotel. We came for the PGA championship were able to walk over to Brendan’s restaurant because it’s so close in proximity and we had a wonderful night sleep. Awesome way to celebrate an anniversary.

Best experience ever! Mr. Kevin and Mr. Cameron were super friendly and helpful and made us feel at home right away! So much history in this beautiful hotel featuring great food and drinks. Thoughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back again for a visit.

Bellmen, valet, front desk staff, housekeepers were all top notch. We stayed two nights while in Louisville for a wedding at the Cathedral which was very short walk from the hotel. The Seelbach bar waitress was very attentive and friendly!

The experience was mixed when I stayed in my hometown beloved hotel. Initially I was not provided with the ADA room which I'd booked and instead was in a dingy, small room with a tub. When I questioned, I was moved to the correct room and appreciated the pleasant, helpful staff members. I did not appreciate the roach in the original bathroom. (Hotel was being renovated and in historic buildings such things do then tend to happen. ) For my inconveniences I had been given an apology and was offered miles to be deposited into my Hilton Honors account. To date, despite follow up inquiry emails to the Hilton representative, that has not happened. Unacceptable.

Excellent stay. Beautiful hotel, room was quiet and comfortable ((10th floor). Hotel itself is a destination. Shout outs to Patrick R, Alicia (front desk), Miquiad and Keven (bell staff). Highly recommend historic hotel tour by Larry. Great city location.

While on a trip to Northern Kentucky we stayed one night at the Seelbach. All I can say is that the grandeur is impossible to describe. The old world architecture, wow. The staff are friendly, the location is superb. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. If you are in the area and need a place to lay your head I highly recommend the Seelbach.
