Excellent stay. Beautiful hotel, room was quiet and comfortable ((10th floor). Hotel itself is a destination. Shout outs to Patrick R, Alicia (front desk), Miquiad and Keven (bell staff). Highly recommend historic hotel tour by Larry. Great city location.

While on a trip to Northern Kentucky we stayed one night at the Seelbach. All I can say is that the grandeur is impossible to describe. The old world architecture, wow. The staff are friendly, the location is superb. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. If you are in the area and need a place to lay your head I highly recommend the Seelbach.

Quincy with valet services was very friendly and helpful. Kevin was very informative and helpful at check-in. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The location is very convenient to downtown. Overall, wonderful stay and we will be returning.

Came to Seelbach for the Derby weekend, their busiest week of the year, and had a wonderful time! Everyone was great from the PMC staff at valet, to check in, and our event staff for our group’s event (shoutout Jim & Jeremy!). Thank you for treating me and my guests so well!

Kevin and his staff and concierge and the restaurant and the bar were amazing. Valet was awesome and fast and friendly. No complaints. Loved it! Bed was amazing. Store in front. Close to everything. Klkkkkkklkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkklllllllll

Omar the valet made parking effortless. His cheerful demeanor and swift service were a highlight of my stay. He was always punctual and courteous, he ensured a stress-free experience every time.

When we arrived the valet and bell hop were on it! Top notch! We were excited for our stay. However, after check in we were disappointed. Our room was on the Honors floor since we are Diamond members, but the lounge isn’t open. Our room was sorely in need of TLC. The ceiling was stained with water marks in several places. We were glad it didn’t rain that night or from the looks of the ceiling we would’ve had water beds. The air conditioning didn’t work properly either. When we returned late from dinner the temp was 74 even though we had left it on 68. It never got below 71 all through the night. That might not matter to everyone but to a woman of a certain age, it’s important to have a cool bedroom. We have stayed here in the past, but judging from 852, the rooms have seen better days and need updating asap. Next time we will probably stay across the street Again, when we check out, the valets were top notch. No complaints with them at all

Beautiful historic hotel, located right at 4th Street Live! We enjoyed the music, food, and market. We were happy with the speed & friendliness of staff, and cleanliness of the venue. We also had great conversation with Mr. Kevin! Thanks for a nice stay!
