The front desk staff is the best!! And housekeeping is always spot on!! I stay here for work weekly and it has become my “home away from home “. So many places to shop, eat and enjoy located close by. 10 stars! Strongly recommend staying here. I will continue to do so!

I stayed in room 330 for four nights on a work trip. I noticed a small rash and a few bites during my stay, but attributed it to heat and mosquitoes, since I'd been walking on a wooded trail in the evenings. By the time I traveled home, I had bedbug bits all over - face, arms, legs, neck, and stomach. I left everything in my garage when I arrived and confirmed it was bedbugs from cleaning my suitcase and traps. I spoke to the clerk who told me they had treated for bedbugs. I confirmed to her that they were still in room 330. Two weeks later, I am still scratching the itchy bites.

Our room had a very comfortable bed and pillows with a very clean bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was hot and tasty, with delicious coffee. This property had a perfect location for us, just minutes from 2 beautiful parks and very close to nearby family.

We especially loved the walk in back door to our room. We will do that again. We continue to love Holiday Inn Express for its free breakfast, Keurig coffee pot in the room, comfy beds, easy check in and check out and the fact that we can find one almost any location we travel too. Plus the points toward free nights. We would like it even better if we could still get a free night for 5,000-10,000 points like at first when the program first started and if you could make it easier to use the complimentary food and Ambassador’s free weekend night. Everytime I try to use those, it says the location I picked does not qualify to use it.

Web site said there was a shuttle and their wasn't. Did get reimbursed for the Uber. Great people there. Will go back again

Nice room, great service and comfortable sleep. Well maintained! Breakfast was good, a little sparse on protein and fruit as compared to all other Holiday Inns I frequent, but left ready for the day :) Great location, good level parking lot and easy access to good local restaurants.

Welcoming staff throughout the hotel. Front Desk Agents and Housekeeping, all so nice, warm and friendly. A quick drive to family's home in Maryville. Will definitely stay here again next time in town visiting family in Maryville. Breakfast was really great too!

The room was very nice, and the pancake machine was a treat! Breakfast was made every morning and was good room was comfortable every employee was happy and professional too.Unfortunately it rained a lot on our five day vacation. The hotel made our trip relaxing.

Clean, affordable, nice, great staff and breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. New clean sheets. Freshly cleaned. Loved the stocked bathroom. Dove soap, shampoo and conditioner. Lots of lighted parking. Safe area. So many good restaurants near
